We had a confirmed reservation for 1.30 on Sunday afternoon for 8 people booked 4 days prior.We reached right on time and the hostess gave our table to someone else in front of us . There were no other tables available. She kept telling us for 15 minutes that the others had come without reservation and they have been informed to vacate but were not.How can a reserved table be given to anyone elsewhen there are no other tables available.The manager was no where in sight .There was only one hostess and waiters around and everyone was clueless.Along with us there was another reservation for 15 people which was also given away to someone else .The manager Akash came on call and said he will be available only after 3pm.All the reserved table were given away to walk-in guests and reservations were asked to wait for 40 minutes with no manager in sight.We obviously left without eating.Pathetic experience would not recommend anyone to visit .

I’ve had bitter karela at home that was more enjoyable than this meal. The food was bland, badly prepared, and honestly disappointing from start to finish. Definitely not worth the money or the wait. What we ordered: Mumbai Meri jaan: Cold, Bland, tasteless 1/10 Chip and Dip: Spoiled Dips, tasteless 1/10 Jalepeno Cheese Cigar: Only saving grace to this underwhelming dinner 4/10 Fettuccine Ala Creme: No cheese, too sweet, No Salt, almost inedible 2/10

Rude staff,biased seating, zero courtesy, we were made to wait like fools. when our turn came, they allotted the seat to someone who just walked in. Zero respect,Zero hospitality, Zero basic manners, treated us like we were begging for free food. when we walked out they were totally fine with it. No apology. 10/10 for rudness. Juhu has 100 better restaurant that actually value customers.
