We visited this place to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. 1. Poor Ambience & Hygiene: The place was dimly lit, had an unpleasant odor, and lacked basic cleanliness. Not at all suitable for a family celebration. 2. Serious Food Mismanagement: Despite clearly informing the staff about our dietary preferences, they served non-vegetarian food to vegetarian family members—during the holy Shravan month—breaking their fast. This was deeply disrespectful and unacceptable. 3. Payment Issue & Unprofessionalism: We made the payment through the District app without any prior objection from the staff. Only after the transaction was completed, we were told they don’t accept payments via that platform and asked us to pay again. Instead of taking accountability for their communication lapse, they tried to shift the blame onto us. What should have been a joyful celebration turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this place for anyone looking for a respectful, family-friendly environment.

Extremely disappointing experience overall. First, the restaurant refused to accept Zomato Dining, which was never clearly communicated in advance. This felt misleading and caused unnecessary inconvenience. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. The staff was rude, inattentive, and completely uninterested in helping or explaining anything properly. We had to wait for a long time just to place the order. The food quality was equally bad. The food was poorly prepared, lacked taste, and was served cold. For the prices they charge, this kind of quality is unacceptable. With bad service, substandard food, and non-transparent payment practices, this place fails on every level. Definitely not worth the time or money. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Very disappointing and pathetic experience. We visited today expecting a pleasant dinner, but the experience was extremely poor. The staff was not attentive at all and was only focused on big/group orders, completely ignoring us. We were made to wait for almost 1 hour, and still our order was not served properly. Because of this negligence, our time and mood were completely spoiled. To make matters worse, some staff members were using abusive language, creating unnecessary chaos and mess instead of managing customers professionally. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any restaurant. We felt disrespected and left out. We will not be visiting again and would not recommend this place unless the management seriously improves staff behavior and customer handling.

I visited The Mumbai Dhaba with my family and it was a massive disappointment from start to finish. The washrooms were absolutely filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages, which is unacceptable for a family venue. The staff was completely unwelcoming and seemed totally uninterested in serving us, leading to a long wait for our food. When the meal finally arrived, the quality was poor; the biryani even had a strange, off-putting smell of alcohol. Given the premium, overpriced menu, you expect quality and basic hygiene, but this place failed on every count. I definitely won't be returning.

We went here on Sunday night, the service was fast but the food was all cold. The taste was beyond horrible and it was a complete waste of money. The waiters were not interested in feedback about the food and said ‘idar aisa hi hota hai’. Would not recommend at all!

Do not refer to the images, it doesn’t look like how it is.. Just basic chairs. They don’t accept payment through zomato or any other app so no point checking the offer. They said the owner has changed and he has not updated it. Washrooms are dirty to another level.

Pathetic Food, Tawa Masala was a way to tangy and AC wasn't working at all. if you can t keep your AC' running in summer. it will be better to shut the shop rather than looting the customers.

Worst experience at Bombay Dhaba. Poor service, lots of mosquitoes in the open area, and very unhygienic surroundings. Food was just average—not worth the visit.
