Recently had a scrumptious meal at Brasserie Hilton on account of my 25th year marriage anniversary. The food was really good , booked and paid through district . Contained a delicious platter with variety of veg , chicken and fish dishes . Chicken fricassee and chilli fish ,Achari fish and pomelo chicken salad was some of my favourites. Mutton was not included though . Salads , cold cuts everything was available. Desserts were also visually appealing and food was hygienic good quality . Not cheap but delectable #anniversarycelebration #notapaidpromotion

Food was mostly average, few were good. Food options were also very limited. Ambience was okayish. For a five star, expected better. Staffs were okay/ average. It was a special day celebration for us..but it ended up as merely a normal dinner. Our experience in ITC Martha or TAj was much much superior whenever I visited them. Hilton does not even come closer to the experience or hospitality we witnessed in ITC or TAJ

I recently had the buffet dinner at the Hilton, and it was a massive disappointment from start to finish. For the premium price they charge, you expect a luxury experience, but this felt like a complete rip-off. What went wrong: • Extremely Limited Options: The buffet spread was shockingly small. There were barely any choices for a premium hotel buffet. • Terrible Service & Short-Staffed: The service was painfully slow. There were very few staff members managing the floor, making it impossible to get any attention or quick service. • Awful Hygiene: The washroom was filthy, and the restaurant floor itself was uncleaned and sticky. For a high-end brand like Hilton, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. Verdict: Highly overpriced, terrible variety, and poor management. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values hospitality.
