Visited Bread Bar to try their seasonal mango menu, and it absolutely lived up to the hype 🥭✨ Started with the mango avocado toast, which was such a refreshing combination creamy avocado with sweet mango, a hint of spice from jalapeños, and fresh herbs bringing it all together perfectly. The mango cheesecake was the star super smooth, light, and not overly sweet, which made it really enjoyable. Also tried the mango matcha, which had a unique earthy meets fruity balance, and the mango passion fruit lemonade that was bright, tangy, and super refreshing. Ambience is minimal, pastel, and very aesthetic perfect for a chill brunch.

Dishes: Fried Chicken & Hot Honey Waffle – ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Pizza Bagel – ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Pineapple Spice Kombucha – ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Chocolate Covered Strawberries – ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (standout) Hot Chocolate – ⭐⭐⭐½ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Efficient and friendly. Ambience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Relaxed and comfortable. Food (Overall): ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Final Verdict: Consistent, satisfying food with a great dessert highlight. A solid place to revisit.

I went to The Bread Bar for breakfady and the experience was average. First, what went well -- i ordered Shakshuka and it was by far one of the best ones I've had in the city. Also, I wanted a place to sit and not get asked to get up immediately post my meal, so there as well it is a check for this place. Now steering to what went wrong, the service was SUPER delayed. With only 50% of the cafe occupied, they were easily taking 45min+ for getting a single coffee. I saw a family scold them and cancel their order due to this, so I wasn't the only one affected. Second, I requested ice blend coffee (properly chilled), I got a slightly cold frothy coffee - not my taste at all. I'm ok if a cafe can't serve me a customised cup, but they should be upfront and say so, than letting the customer believe otherwise. Next, the pictures on District are flawless, but when you actually do enter the cafe, it is slightly dim and not as bright and sunshine as shown. That was a bummer. All in all, average

Extremely disappointing service at The Bread Bar. Over my last two visits, the service has been consistently poor. On my recent visit, a simple request for chopped onions was flatly denied by Jayesh, who claimed that onions, capsicum, and other vegetables were unavailable. Even after offering to pay extra, there was no effort to accommodate the request. Later, while ordering dessert at the counter, Jayesh took my order but failed to note it down. After waiting, I had to follow up myself, only to find that no order had been placed. What was most concerning was overhearing him say, “Did they pay?…. Let her put a review and complain against me.” This kind of attitude is not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful. I genuinely did not expect such poor service from The Bread Bar.

The food totally killed the vibe of this cute looking place. There was a fly in my kombucha and when I pointed that out to my waitstaff he asked me " do you want me to take the drink or just take the fly out?" 🫥 I ate the cream cheese bagel which was just bland, had to add the entire bottle of tobasco to get some taste. Tiramisu was basically cake bits and whipped cream. And replacing coco powder for coffee powder?! They should be banned from making tiramisu.
