two star because arun was great who had helped us today (26th July) after I had escalated the fact they had taken too many people and there were less seats...he was calm even when I got frustrated by their female staff who was actually in charge to put the bands on everyone since I dont know her name i will call her out like this.......she said since you guys are late the table is gone and you will have adjust with other people I said I agree that we were late ...but when the table was empty still it was not offered to us when I clearly asked for it ...her attitude was ( asa hi hota hai) gcc if you are reading you guys need. to hire people who have knowledge of what hospitality means if you are serving as a 3 star hotel you need to act like it... people like this will only stoop your reputation I'm not going to a roadside dabba for this kind of attitude...anyway thanks to Arun who helped us with the tables

They don't accept Zomato Dine in. So don't expect any discount. Had seventeen l selected this place from Zomato Dine in. Food was Good. The variety was also good.

they have taken walk in people so much that there was no place for people with reservation...we had to share table with other people...which was so awkward the entire time...first there was no table they bought an empty table and borrowed two chairs from other table and we were forced to seat around people who were drunk ...my mom is elderly and this kind of situation was so uncomfortable...a family saw this and offered us a table with them....I paid full price and I'm not a beggar here to sit with other people or convience them

They didn't allow me to pay through Zomato. They said that if I wanted to pay via Zomato, I had to reserve a table in advance, and that direct payment through Zomato isn't allowed. I had actually tried to book a table through Zomato earlier, but the available time slots were only shown until 7:30 PM. There were no slots available after that. If that's the case, why does Zomato provide the option to pay directly?
