About the place - The place has both indoor and outdoor seating, quick service, convenient parking, reasonable prices, and a good variety of food options. About the Food -Ordered the pink lemonade (regular), which was pleasantly not too sweet. The bacon cheese fries were a decent option, with cheese on top and a reasonable portion of bacon. The shepherd’s pie was average — a bit heavy on the vegetables, and the layers of mashed potatoes and minced kheema didn’t come together very well.

This is one of my favourite places. I find most of the dishes decent to good. Very rarely is something off with the food. However on my last visit a week ago the service was terrible

the most horrible experience we have ever had ! we called for eggs n thy served it wth toast which was done only one side and without butter.when asked for butter thy said u will be charged! I mean spending so much on an egg n charging for butter is absolutely shit..STAFF ESPECIALLY THE 2 GIRLS HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, NO COURTESY AND ABSOLUTELY RUDE! ORDERED FOR SPANISH COFFEEAND THY SERVED IT HOT THEN THY SAID OK WE WILL MAKE ANOTHER ONE COLD BUT THE HEIGHT OF RIDICULOUSNESS IS THT IN TYE SAME HOT COFFEE THY ADDED ICE CUBES AND SERVED...PATHETIC TO ANOTHER LEVEL! HOW CAN 1 ADD ICE TO A HOT COFFEE N SERVE IT AS COLD..ITS THE MOST DIRECT WAY OF FALLING SICK..HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO HERE

We reached around 8 PM, but since it was full, we came back at 8:40 PM. By 9 PM we were surprised to be told to place our last order, even though Zomato clearly mentions the closing time as 11 PM. It used to be really good earlier, so not sure what suddenly changed. Even the food was just okay this time.

They messed our food orders and didn’t even apologised. We ordered flat bread pepperoni and they gave us club sandwich. Atleast an apology would have worked. Instead of apology they charged us for the wrong order without a single thought. Horrible staff and experience.

Sunday breakfast spoiled!!! Terrible coffee, unpleasant ambience, poor service and overpriced food. The staff was engaged in internal conversations and did not attend to the order properly.

Arrogant behaviour by the staff (Kulsum). Does not understand the menu and kept arguing and throwing her attitude.....Bad Customer Service!!!
