Had gone around 6 on a sunday. Was expecting it to be full but luckily it wasn't. Sadly the wait time for murgh seekh kebab was almost 25 mins but the biryani came pretty quickly. Loved both the dishes. It was tasty with the right amount of spice. Had a nice quiet evening there, the ambience is great. They can do much better with their music taste though, playing something soothing would help the ambience more.

I had gone for a dinner with my spouse and 9 month old baby. Kamrul was the guy attending us and his service was just great. The way he handled our orders to be on time was awesome. He made sure the food was prepared according to our requests. Overall had a pleasant experience.

If you visit TBK do ask for Kamrul,very polite& best attendee. We had veg cuisine it was average but hospitality was amazing. Must visit place for non veg lovers

Inspite of the government guidelines about the voluntary service charge, the waiter and manager had forced us to pay the service charge amount. We didn’t want to make the environment unfriendly for other customers; hence we paid the amount and left the place. I would urge the staffs not to pressurise their customers on the aforementioned issue.

Friday Night Ruined! The restaurant specialises in annoying customers to the T! Every glass of water needed, every piece of cutlery required, ice for your drink etc has to be begged for, howled at, shouted at the staff without which they dont move an inch! On complaining the Manager “Sandeep” unabashedly and unapologetically decides to cancel the service charge(which anyway they do not deserve) and behaves as if he waived my lifetime’s income tax liability! The waiters want to get rid of you and pick up your plate whilst you’re still eating! Hideous absolutely hideous! I wish they shut down soon so that I can look forward to having a new restaurant open up in a premium real estate of Powai!

made the mistake of going to their food court outlet in R city mall - wait of 25 minutes when there literallyno one else at the counter, then served wrong order for both the rolls which by the way had an overdose of raw onions and garam masala and were inedible, on highlighting the wrobg wrong oeder, they remade one roll and then served raw chicken tikka in the roll. The staff is clueless and cook need to be fired. this is food 101 - you can't serve raw chicken!!!! shame on you

We had ordered chicken tandoori, chicken awadhi currry, butter chicken and butter naan. The tandoori wasn't served hot and had no flavour to it. The awadhi curry was super bland and the butter chicken was way too sweet then it's supposed to be. The only good part was the butter naan. The food itself took too long to come. Won't suggest this place.

The person at the counter was so busy using his phone that I kept repeating the order also he denied for butter chicken combo stating quantity is less and asked to order full butter chicken. What kind of behavior this was
