Food: 4/5 Ambience: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Value For Money: 4.5/5 This Cafe is inside Foodhall, which is the best (expensive) place for grocery shopping. Each and every ingredient they use is 100% fresh. Though a bit on the pricier side it fills both your tummy and heart.

Service is a bit slow but food overall is good. A bit on the expensive side but has some quality so you can explore if you're around the mall. The ambiance is comfortable and located inside the foodhall grocery store.

Food was literally okay. We had order Mexican and Asian bowl and avocado sushi roll it’s very expensive and average in taste

I bought a custom made chocolate brick from their store 15 days back and it has been a complete nightmare. The chocolate bar was to be flavoured with chilli, sea salt and nuts. However they put so much quantity of the chilli (the strongest that they could get) in the bar that it ended up burning my insides the moment I took a bite. I don't understand how someone can use these strong ingredients without having tried it themselves. If they had only checked for how strong the chilli was they'd know better than to put it in that quantity in my chocolate. On having complained about it immediately and even having sent the picture of the quantum of chilli used in the choc bar and a picture of the purchase bill, I was pushed over day after day by their staff with the attempt of letting me forget the issue. The chocolate I awaited to eat that day, lies in my refrigerator untouched and after ample calls to the store to deal with the issue, I realised that they're only trying to fool me. I've come to the conclusion that not only was the staff who made the chocolate extremely careless but the callous attitude of the attendants are noteworthy. Altogether a terrible experience, not expected by a brand and employees of the Future Group.

Just went to food hall after a long time thought of having the laksa bowl and a bean burger. I understand when a restaurant has to do some cost cutting and decide to reduce the quantity! But what I don’t understand why to play around with the quality. The laksa bowl was tasteless lacked the coconut/ nuts/ vegetables! And burger was so dry… almost felt like the food was on the shells for days.

Disgusted to see a cockroach roaming on the bakery products of bread and buns Inspite of informing the staff nothing was done. They just walked away. Not something expected from food hall where the whose who of town visits for their grocery shopping

The worst experience ever, the food is highly expensive but the quality, quantity and taste is so bad. Our money were flushed down the drain. There are so many other restaurants with better food than this. Do not go to this place i repeat do not..

Do not order bakery products for delivery. They send stale croissants every time that are so hard and tough in consistency. If you absolutely must, have them at the cafe inside food hall.
