Staff Priyanka is very helpful and always greet with smile. I am visiting from last 5 years service is exceptionally good. The name itself suites perfectly considering the menu. Cafe vibes lift the mood,feel calm,chill and always feel delighted!

don't get confused with chocolate room and chocolate heaven. This is the place where you get the finest and yummiest desserts, it's truly a Heaven.

We have ordered strawberry smoothie:-8.5/10 chocolate Mocha :- 6/10 four cheese pizza:- 7/10 cheesy Nachos:- 4/10 Ferrero rocher croissant with ice cream:- 6/10 overall experience :- okay more - of a one time visit

The waiter was not at all trained to take orders, answer queries & suggest dishes, arrange plates on table.

Coffee was served with curdled milk! There are other better cafes one can visit in the area. Ketchup bottles were dusty. Overall ambience wasn't very welcoming.

I ordered choco mocha cold coffee the taste was fine but in the choco mocha frappe we found cockroach which was so pathetic
