Staff are nice but not attentive; ordering takes too long. However, the coffee and desserts are good, and it's a nice space.

Ordered at 6:55pm and received the food at 7:35 pm. Service was extremely slow despite only a few tables being occupied. The chicken salad was good, though it could use a bit more guacamole. However, the shawarma was disappointing—mostly pickled beetroot and lettuce, with barely any chicken. The portion sizes for both dishes were very small for the price paid. Overall, not a great experience.

Ordered a Hot Coffee & Hot Chocolate.. got a warm one that I could sip in one go.. Also, the service wasn’t great, had to call people to take order.. too overpriced for the kind of coffee I had.

They levy 5% service charge but slow, inattentive service the food quality (cold, tasteless and overpriced) is poor.the cafe looks great to dine in from outside but the vibe inside is dull

The ambience is good however they charge a compulsory service charge which absolutely makes no sense. Ordering just a coffee and charging a 10% service charge is ridiculous.

No clarity on discounts. They sell their card using Zomato payment then don’t want to honor future online payments
