coffee bean tea leaf at one world centre is my favorite place and i am a regular there. their coffee (hazelnut latte) is simply amazinggggg. but i love the attitude of CBTL's manager here. Mr Surve and his chef are very very kind and generous. I always feel good when i visit them and they are kind enough to make my drinks and food special.

The best place to grab a delicious breakfast! I visit this place very often for their ham and cheese sandwich and their sausages. The staff is also very helpful, especially Umesh.

I haven't tried many items over here but I would say the chicago cheese cake is delicious and very tasty. If you have Zomato gold then this place is worth it.

If you’re ordering for something to eat, please ensure that the coffee served to you is extra hot because by the time you will eat, the coffee would be really cold and tasteless. The cappuccino is good and usual, like at every other place. Tried their pasta arabiatta with chicken - although the pasta overall was good enough, was kind of disappointed to see cut pieces of chicken sausages in the sauce. Personally, I’m not a big fan of chicken sausages primarily because they are typically old, cold storage products which end up destroying the taste of the dish ... but that’s my personal opinion.

Nice coffee and the staff were friendly. The coffee was good and really love it. The place is a little bit busy. The place needs more privacy. Just a quick bite is okay, but not for a long and private talk.

Perfect place to have a cup of coffee or tea. Nice seating outside with a calm lobby. The staff was very helpful in suggesting new offers and food of your choice.

- The coffee is good BUT nothing exceptional - all the food is frozen & heated to serve - the food ain’t filling at all - The muffins are just too bad - and it’s definitely OVER PRICED

Have always liked your coffee and ice blends but some how the service here didn't live upto the mark... Encounter with two out of three staffs placed here was disappointing... Seemed they didn't want us or anyone to place any orders or give any business...

The outlet at Phoenix, north sky zone has very disrespectful staff! The beverage was too icy. A complete waste of money. On top of that, one of the staff members, Nadir Khan, asked us to vacant the table saying he had a customer waiting, when I turned to see, nearly 3 tables were empty and no customer was waiting. When I told him I am yet to finish the beverage, he picked it up and said very little left, and with a smirk asked us to empty the table. The staff needs training as to how to treat the customers. Also, the manager, Mohanty, was too incompetent to handle a customer complaint.
