Had a mixed experience at Croffle Guys. The food didn’t quite match my expectations, and unfortunately neither I nor my daughter enjoyed it, so I had to return the order. That said, what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality by the manager, Mr. Rohit. He was extremely welcoming, genuinely apologetic, and went out of his way to make things right. From offering alternatives to personally asking my daughter to choose anything she liked from the menu on his side — his effort and warmth truly made a difference. Places grow not just because of their food, but because of people like him. A big shoutout to Mr. Rohit — Croffle Guys is lucky to have you! And yes, I will surely be visiting again in the near future — a promise I made to him, and one I fully intend to keep.

Went here recently for a dessert craving, and the place was quite crowded.. lots of people waiting around, which is always a good sign. 🥐 We tried the Naughty Nutella Croffle. It was flaky, buttery and filled with just the right amount of nutella. What I really liked was how the butter balanced the sweetness, so it didn’t feel too overwhelming . Definitely something different from the usual desserts. 🧋 Also had the Desi Cold Coffee, which was really good — creamy, smooth and strong. ✨ The place does have a few tables and seating, but it’s more of a quick dessert stop kind of place. Prices are slightly on the higher side (around ₹220–₹250 for croffles), but worth trying at least once for something a little different. ~Chatorii Chhori

Absolutely horrible experience at the Lokhandwala branch of Croffle Guys — easily one of the worst places we’ve visited. There was a group of around 15 young guys inside the shop who were openly vaping without any hesitation. When we questioned this, the person behind the counter casually told us that vaping is allowed inside the premises, which is completely unacceptable. The situation escalated quickly because these guys were not just vaping — they were extremely loud, banging tables, creating a nuisance, and behaving in a very uncivilized manner. As a group of 4 girls, we felt extremely uncomfortable. When we asked them to tone it down, they were outright rude and back-answered us aggressively, showing zero respect. It honestly felt like the place had no rules or basic sense of safety or decency. What’s worse is that the staff did absolutely nothing. They just stood there and watched everything happen. When we raised the issue after the group left, we were told that these people are “regular customers” and hence they can’t say anything to them. That response was shocking and clearly shows the management doesn’t care about other customers at all. And to top it all off, the croffles themselves were completely average — not even close to being worth the price or the hype. We had gone there for dessert after a really nice dinner, but this place completely ruined our mood and ended our day on a very bad note. Would strongly NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially if you expect basic hygiene, safety, and respectful behavior.

If zomato allowed a zero star review I would have done that too. Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Lokhandwala branch of Croffle Guys. A food outlet should ensure basic hygiene, safety, and a respectful environment — this place failed on all fronts. A group of ~15 college-going men were openly vaping inside (which the staff said was “allowed”), being extremely loud, banging tables, and using abusive language throughout. As a group of four women, we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. When we asked them to tone it down, they responded rudely, and the staff did nothing — later excusing it by calling them “regular customers.” That alone reflects their standards. The croffles were average and overpriced, not worth the hype. If you expect even basic decency and safety, avoid this place.

They charged me for something and gave me another order. then the guy tells me this is the correct order. I had placed the same order last week and was served something else. The staff didn't even apologise in spite of charging me more and giving me something else and kept arguing till I just ended my call in disgust. it's sad when u are a regular. Not coming back.
