I recently visited The Earth Plate, and the experience was genuinely impressive. The food quality stood out right away—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Every dish felt well-balanced and satisfying, making it clear that a lot of attention goes into both taste and presentation. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. Jayesh and Jontena were exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, quick to respond, and genuinely warm in their approach. They made sure everything was smooth from start to finish and added a personal touch that made the visit memorable. Overall, a great place for both food and hospitality. Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for a well-rounded dining experience

Went here with my family for buffet dinner. Good ambience and decent food but what stood out was the exceptional service by the staff, especially thankful to Kailash for being so attentive.

Had booked lunch buffet at 2:30 PM while the buffet timing was till 3 PM, but the experience at The Earth Plate, Sahara Star was really good. The staff was extremely cooperative, service was smooth, and we never felt rushed despite arriving close to closing time. Great hospitality and a pleasant dining experience overall. 😊

We found the ambience of the restaurant a bit underwhelming, as it felt quite dull and lacked a lively atmosphere. Regarding the food, the starter options are quite limited with only 2-3 choices for both veg and non veg dishes. Even in the vegetarian main course, the variety and quality of the vegetables could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience. For the non vegetarian section there isn't much variety in fish or chicken dishes. The chicken options seems to be a single frozen item and overall main course do not stand out in terms of taste or presentation.

Misleading event. And misleading prices. And after informing about the same they have now eventually changed their terms and conditions for the weekend brunch. Definitely not worth the prices they charged. Quality was also sub par considering the premium they were charging.

It was the worst worst absolute worst experience . The whole place was smelling like a rat had died . Near the pani puri counter it was impossible to stand . I don’t know it was rotten food or what but u don’t expect such a foul smell at at area where food is served . Secondly the food was cold . Thrice a server was asked to heat up a mutton which has turned into a rubber log . The fish was dry and cold again . The jelly was basically water . The masala in the gravies was not cooked . If you order naan / bread please make sure to place the order about 15 mins prior because immediate service is next to impossible . When the told this to the managers they just listened , and that’s it . There was no apology , no resolution nothing . And I thought sahar star was a 4/5 star place . Mr Tukaram Munde should definitely be visiting this place to check the hygiene of this so called 5 star or 4 star place .I swear a shiv sagar has better cleanliness and better service . Save your money n healt

What a pathetic experience at The Earth Plate today for their lunch buffet. They charge weekend pricing on Fridays, yet don’t provide weekend services like mocktails or live food counters. For vegetarians, the spread was extremely disappointing — just lauki-moong dal and bhindi. I even ordered pasta, and it was probably the worst part of the meal — cold, dry, tasteless, and poorly prepared. The restaurant was nearly empty with hardly 5 families dining, which honestly reflected the overall experience. It’s difficult to understand why they charge such a high amount when the food quality, variety, and service are so poor. Definitely not worth the price.

Spread was very less as compared to the price charged. Very oily food. The staff had no answers. It seemed that morning buffet was served in evening. Or else it was made very oily so that extra food can be sustained and served the other day
