If you’re craving authentic, rich North Indian flavours, this place is easily one of Mumbai’s most loved spots for Punjabi Butter Chicken. The butter chicken here is incredibly creamy, perfectly spiced, and definitely lives up to the hype. But what really stood out to me was their Kala Masala Mutton — bold, aromatic, and packed with deep Maharashtrian flavours. Another must-try is the Khatal Biryani, which is super flavourful and comforting. They also have some really unique desserts you don’t usually see on menus. I tried the Puran Poli Ice Cream and Filter Coffee Ice Cream, and both were surprisingly delicious and creative. With outlets in Mulund, Thane, and Malad, it’s definitely a spot worth visiting if you love hearty, flavour-packed food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying meal with both classic favourites and unique twists!

Had visit here with family, and this was one of the best Punjabi butter chicken we have ever had. Proper Tandoori chicken dipped in the butter, chicken gravy with proper pieces of chicken, super taste, great texture, just amazing. We also tried the Jhol momos it was superb. Kala Mutton was nice, super Gravy. This was the only place where Kala mutton was not bitter, otherwise, wherever I have tried, it becomes bitter. Even Mutton was cooked properly, and it was like Cream. If you put it in mouth, it melts just amazing experience. Do not miss out on the death by chocolate waffle. It’s terrific. Missed on the kathal biryani this tasted like mutton, and had an aroma that you will love it. 🥰

Visited Food Studio, Mulund for a light bite with family after finishing grocery shopping at D Mart. Modern, vibrant setup with spotless tables - hygiene and sanitization were clearly a priority. Well-groomed, courteous staff; we were seated and attended to quickly despite the rush. Didn’t have a full meal, but the display and plating looked amazing. Overall: Great spot in Mulund for casual family outings. Looking forward to trying the food next time. ☺️

The food was good as always, but unfortunately the overall experience was completely ruined by the staff member named Rohit. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful in his behavior. As a loyal customer since the beginning of this restaurant, this kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing. I hope the management takes this seriously.

Visited on 10th May 2026. The ambience is really good, but the food and service were disappointing. There was inadequate staff to handle the crowd, and the waiting time for orders was around 30–40 minutes. The variety on the menu is good, but the restaurant seriously needs to improve the taste and quality of the food, along with quicker service. We ordered the Chicken Quesadilla and Chicken Sizzler, but the sizzler was simply served on a plate instead of being presented the way a sizzler ideally should be. Considering the prices being charged, customers expect much better food and service, not just ambience. Hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving the overall dining experience.

Wow, The Food Studio, just what I needed - a side of chicken with my veggies 🙄. Ordered veg, got chicken rice. Not just any chicken, but a full-on assault on my vegetarian and Jain sensibilities. Kudos to them for making me question my life choices and the sanctity of food delivery apps. Refund, apology, and compensation for mental distress = minimum expectation. Don't mess with a girl's food, guys. 1/5 stars, would not recommend to my worst enemy. You have hurt my religious beliefs and sentiments. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed.

Extremely disappointing experience. We’ve been visiting this place since its days as Lyke, but with the rebranding to Food Studio, everything seems to have gone downhill. The service was poor, several items we expected were no longer on the menu, and the staff came across as indifferent and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the food itself was well below standard. Overall, a very disappointing visit. I would strongly recommend giving this place a miss.
