Extremely pathetic service marred the awesome food. No complaints about food but being in hospitality industry, service needs to improve 100% times. with Achija being right next door, you guys need to improve your game or sack whole staff.

We visited this restaurant for the very first time, hoping for a good experience, but unfortunately it turned out to be disappointing. The staff seemed to be in a constant hurry. While we were still eating they repeatedly came over to take more orders. When we politely told them we would order in some time, we overheard them saying things like “chal jaldi jaldi inka order le” near the dummy waiter station.Even after asking for five more minutes, they continued gossiping nearby. When we finally asked if there was an issue with us sitting there, we were told, "Nai madam, hume bola hai order chalu rehna chahiye."This behavior was quite upsetting. It felt like we were being rushed, and it was especially uncomfortable as we could hear everything due to being seated near the service area. Me being a hotelier myself, I have never treated any customer in this manner. Such conduct is unacceptable and takes away from the overall dining experience.

Pathetic service, person is eating the staff picks the plates and goes away as if they had just limited plates in the restaurant. Staffs have to be told so many times something you need, they keep passing the request to other staff but it doesn't come to you table. Serving food from above the customers head, Rumali roti was sweet, vegetables were tasteless. Hopeless service, food. Ambience, is good, but hello you are paying for the food and service, not the ambience. Quantity is so less for the money charged. Staffs don't apply brains, glasses are empty refill the glasses, got chutney no spoon. Not proactive at all.

very very pathetic service and really a stupid manager who told his staff to send it back to guests before finishing the food. I would like to inform the owner of the restaurant that good food we can get in the street is better than your hotel but we came to your place expecting that good hospitality and guster and you guys fail for it NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE .

The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested, and the manager was unexpectedly rude, which really affected the overall experience. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet expectations.

The management has employed highly trained staff to disappoint customers. Whatever basic service you ask they have excuse not to give in highly professional manner. Having Achija next door also does not prompt them how customers are to be served.

Food wasn't cooked - the patty in sizzler was raw, tortellini sauce was stale and the flavor had gone sour and bao ban was thick. The staff was unbothered about the inconvenience caused. Definitely would not recommend
