we recently visited Hotel Food Town, Thane with my colleague for a New Year celebration on behalf of our company, Ankit Group, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality across all dishes. The ambiance is warm, elegant, and perfect for celebrations, making the occasion even more special. What truly stood out was the superb hospitality—the staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable throughout our visit. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were also top-notch, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, Hotel Food Town offers a perfect combination of excellent food, great ambiance, outstanding service, and cleanliness. Highly recommended for family dinners, corporate outings, and special celebrations. We truly enjoyed our time and look forward to visiting again! 😊

The Food Town never disappoints. Regardless of what you order, you can be sure that it'll be awesome. My personal favorites are Cheese Fondue, Pink pasta, and Strawberry Delight.

The Food Town is my go to place. Defintely visit without a thought. Best Food & Great Staff. Must Try - Thai Fondue & Cheese Fondue, Mexican Sizzlers,Mousse,Sechzwan Fried Rice.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday with the whole family, expecting a nice experience given the reviews on zomato and goodgle and the premium prices. Unfortunately, it was a letdown on almost every level. While we accepted the 30-minute wait, what we received didn't justify it. The food and service level were more akin to a casual local cafe, for a fine-dining level pricing. The food was painfully average for the price—only the pasta and Veg Kolhapuri were acceptable. Both continental and Indian Starters and Paneer Lababdar were below average, the dal was oversalted, and dessert forgettable. However, the worst part was the shockingly disrespectful service. After our starters, we asked for plates to be changed which is a standard process. The server acted as if we were burdening him, made dismissive faces, and only half-heartedly cleared half the table only to be asked again. Later while leaving, when we politely requested if the main gate light could be switched on for a family photo, a staff member didn't just say no—he turned his back and made exaggerated, frustrated gestures that a family member accidentally witnessed and confronted him. This passive-aggressive mockery was completely unacceptable. Paying fine-dine prices only to be met with average food and openly contemptuous staff is unbelievable. They desperately need customer service training. Not worth spending our special occasion at this place as it lacked basic respect for the customers and most importantly lacked good food for which we were here for!

THE SERVICE DOES NOT COMPLIMENT THE FOOD...THE SERVERS AND CAPTAIN SPEAK IN A NON LOCAL ACCENT WHICH IS DIFFICULT TO COMPREHEND...THE KADAK ROOMALI WAS CHEWY AND BELOW PAR QUALITY...THE STAFF REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE CONCERNS... SERVICE IS TOO DELAYED

Pathetic place. I waited there for 45 mins and people who came after me were accommodate. On enquiring I was told they had booking. When I went and checked inside people were not even served food. Pls manage your business properly.

quantity very less for the pricing and the food is served cold. cheese cigar was blant and cold. sizzler which is supposed to be "sizzling" was not even warm. quantity was not even enough for 1. poor experience. disappointed
