We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday with her friends and the place had all & more for kids-bowling to finger licking food to arcade but most of all , a very fine old world hospitality in a modern sports bar/restaurant set up which surprises you with sharp yet humble, smiling servers. Jeevan our event manager really delighted us in each & every way -right from booking , to taking care of our said/unsaid requests and most of all by being so smilingly responsive with our kids during the whole time and kids can really be demanding! He and all his friends helping us really deserved many stars just for being such lovely people which are hard to find these days in even finest restaurants. I am sure they are an asset and shall continue to add value to this understated, private place ideal for an experience with friends, family & more. We infact plan to visit them again soon -just for some bowling, finger food and good vibes. Look forward to see Jeevan & his colleagues again.

⭐ The Game Palacio – Bandra West Visited The Game Palacio at Krystal Building, below Hakkasan, Bandra West, and it’s a perfect place if you want great food with gaming and entertainment. The place is famous for its bowling lanes, arcade games, and lively bar vibe, making it a fun hangout spot. We tried their mocktails The Upside Down and The Sun Downer – both were refreshing and nicely presented. For food, we ordered Prawns & Avocado Salad, Scallion Flat Noodles, Mexican Chilli Garlic Prawns, and Tofu Chaat, and everything was flavourful and well balanced. The Berry Bliss dessert was a lovely sweet ending. The ambience is energetic and stylish, perfect for friends and weekend outings. If you’re in Bandra, this place should definitely be on your list! 🎳🍹

Had a great experience at Game Palacio. The food was delicious, the place had a great vibe, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Special mention to Heena—she was extremely polite, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends

I went with my 5 month old baby. Everything was comfortable and especially the hospitality. Mr. Rajib helped us very well. We’ld definitely recommend this restaurant for everyone.

Awesome place! Bowling and Arcade is really fun. I just love their “Pull Apart Garlic Bread”, it is a mist try. Other than that we ordered for Paneer Chilli, Jalapeno Croquettes, Tandoori Paneer Pizza and Fire Cracker rice (with chilli oil dip it tastes amazing). We were a group pf 17 and had fun Bowling and playing arcade games. Mr Jeevan Singh helped us a lot for our booking and all the arrangements and Mr Mintu was really good with F&B service.

Even after booking for 10 people with advance payment on district, they first refused us a table saying they're sold out!!! Btw the place was quite empty when they said No. After that they offered to give us a table till 10.30 only. Finally they gave us a table with sofas around - too cramped for us 13 people to sit but we managed. The food was not upto the mark..worse was the pasta. Service really bad...30 min after we were seated they switched off the lights and we didn't know how to manage to eat. The final straw was when the waiter said he won't "allow" me to pay online on district...I said I need to redeem my advance payment and I have booked online to get the offered discount. He flatly refused and after I didn't budge either they finally let me pay online. Pathetic experience.... totally avoidable place.
