Tried both a hot and a cold Vietnamese coffee here! The taste was okay, nothing special. But the cold one... oh man, wayyy too much ice! At one point, I felt like I was just drinking water. Definitely not what I expected. The place looks super cute from the outside! But inside? It's pretty cramped. Like, the next table was right beside me. Some people might enjoy that cozy vibe, but personally, not a fan. Overall, just an okay experience. If the drink was just "meh," that means 2 stars from me.

We ordered the veg breakfast, and it was not good in taste. The hot chocolate milk tasted exactly like bournvita, and the hash browns were frozen aloo tikki 🙄 filled with cornstarch and nothing else. Disappointing

On march 5th me and my mother came to this cafe to enjoy a good meal but work at the same time. Throughout our time in the cafe the manager came of rude and unwelcoming of our presence, where we were both working on our own devices. Later on he came up to me and stated in a pretty explicit way that we weren’t welcome anymore and that they as a cafe don’t allow people to work in their premises. Being directly informed of our unwelcoming presence was a put off and an experience that Guaranteed us never returning for such heartfelt hospitality. As for the food, it was decent nothing to amazing or bad. If your a person looking for a nice cafe in carter road I’d suggest skip the library cafe and go to di Bella that’s just opposite.

Except for the sea facing experience, nothing about this place is good. We asked for iced mocha and they gave us frothy milk with chocolate syrup on top. It’s so bad. The fries were dry and everything about this place except the view is a 2/10. Service is rude, no parking available, and we got served with spoilt milk and ended up with an upset stomach.

Horrible juices and extremely underwhelming experience, we returned both the juices (watermelon and orange) after drinking a few sips-. The manager (Sachin) didn’t have any remorse and feeling of embarrassment. Their card machine was working, so we had to pay through UPI for the juices.

Trust me this looks good, but it is horrible to taste. Vietnamese Latte is filled with water, Mac and Cheese Bread is drenched in moisture, even the basil leaves are rotten. Imagine, I haven't finished my meal yet, and I wanted to put a review.
