This is one place where you can relax any time of the day or have meetings over a cup of coffee and sandwiches both of which are excellent. The decor ooze warmth and friendliness and not at all stuffy. Very casual place. The food is limited but adequate. No one bothers you if you likee to sit longer. Service is also a bit relaxed so you need to tell the serving staff if you are in a hurry-cos time just goes by at its own pace.

We spent an entire day at this hotel as we were here for our first night after our wedding. It is interesting to see them have sort of a mini museum of coffee beans from the Araku Valley, especially the ones made from the poo of Indian civet. We had the regular coffee though. And that was not bad.

Love the ambience. The food menu can be a little more descriptive. Ordered a Greek salad. The salad was really good and fresh. The peace and freshness together was amazing. Though the portion size can get better to make it value for money. Overall good 👍

Best ever i hav ever had! Also those muffins wer great! Thanks to the beautiful lady at lobby fr helping me out with my work! Its one the best place to have coffee!

Although the hotel surroundings are not the most pleasant ones when compared to the Goa or Bangalore properties but you tend to forget it once inside. The lobby lounge is one of those areas of the hotel which is highlighted with the amazing view and natural light. The evenings are filled with live piano playing and requests are always welcomed. The service is a tad bit slow during the slack time but nothing to complain about. Good food and great coffee as well. One can jump into the nearby 6 degrees bar as well for a change of ambience.

It's in the hand of servers! First they ignore you, will take good amount of time to bring you the menu & will surely make mistakes while receiving the orders! Food is good though & don't hurry ever to finish as server will take enough of time even to clear the table! Have been regular here only for the food & various tea offerings. One thing surely constant though the worse service & you bet they will never give up on that!
