Visited Cafe Marina with my sister and left extremely disappointed. The service was painfully slow. It took forever to get staff attention, even for water, which arrived after 30 mins and was served from a jug that was sitting out uncovered. Hygiene was a major concern. I saw a staff member repeatedly scratching himself inappropriately before attending to tables, which was a complete turn-off. The food was bland and forgettable, absolutely not worth it. The washroom situation was shocking for a rooftop restaurant. There was no proper bathroom setup, they have a porta-potty, making it very uncomfortable, especially for women. Adding to this, a male patron at a nearby table kept staring at us persistently making us extremely uncomfortable, and there was no staff around to intervene or even be alerted. Apart from the view, there is nothing redeeming about this place. Would not recommend.

Worst dining experience ever. 1. We were seated in the rooftop area which was uncovered / not prepped for rains. They moved us to the bar where we had to sit w plates on our lap and eat cos it started raining. 2. The waiters are extremely lazy, one even ignored and looked through us when we tried to ask for help. Paid 600 for a prawn starter and the waiter dropped a few on the floor while serving and didn’t even say sorry, forget compensating. 3. Food was below average. Asked them to pack up 2/3rd portion of our noodles cos we didn’t like it at all and they literally just packed 2 spoon fulls. Don’t waste your money and time. We wasted 2k here and had to go for dinner somewhere else.

Pathetic pathetic service. They have no manners to handle the patrons and take hours to get the simplest of orders. We were not served water for about 35 min! They take undue advantage of the good location they have and continue to annoy customers and do a disservice to them. Pathetic

horrible service, the waiters make you wait and take orders as if they are doing a favour on you, dont even respond when you call for them, just tables sprawled on a terrace and given it a name of rooptop, please dont visit!

Been here twice and both times the service was pathetic; staff acts like they’re doing us a favour, food takes forever, and they don’t return after serving. We even waited 20 minutes for the bill, never visiting again.

very bad service, waiters are not mannered. We have waited more than one hour just to get the water. only go if you can tolerate the waiters for the view. Very bad experience not at all suggested.

Horrible waiters! Will make you wait and give tables to people they take money from. They will stoop down to horrible behaviour. Disappointing experience. You want to ruin your evening go here!

Pathetic service provided by the restaurant. Gave me wrong bill. Levied higher charges in bill. Had to wait for 20mins to get the bill. Food taste was very average
