It’s amazing how the same restaurant has different vibes, Service was ok Staff is not welcoming And also when I asked for a regular drink which I have everywhere else- The chef literally just changed the glass and gave me the same drink back. Not satisfied with the service has better expectations. Will only go to the OG one from now on.

I visit nutcracker frequently usually it is the one in Jio World Drive or Powai, it’s one of my Go tos. I have had nothing but praises to sing for these outlets. All of this changed at the breach candy outlet. 1. We wanted a table for two, we went in and understood there was going to be waiting,upon asking if anyone was noting the names, we were asked to go and wait outside, which we were fine with. 15 mins passed nobody came to note the names down, then finally when there was a line of 6 they started taking names down. And after another 20 mins we got a table. 2. Upon being seated at the table, we had to ask the servers twice for a menu, all this while we were not even served water. I had to then again a third time call a server to help us with water, and again no apologies whatsoever. 3. The food. We had - Avo on toast, Pesto linguine, Loaded nachos and the Mango drink which they have introduced. Avo on toast was okay we could have it, yet considerably lower in quality as compared to our experience at the other outlets Pesto linguine didn’t have enough salt. And was again barely meeting the okay level. The loaded nachos - disastrous. The beans used were canned ones, we were not served salsa on the side, and the overall taste just felt off. The mango drink was good, refreshing. But it is priced at a whopping 510, which i felt was hella overpriced. 4. The washroom / washbasin didn’t have water supply, we requested for wet wipes, and then that took another 10 mins by then our cab arrived and we had to make do with regular tissues. We were having a good day overall before we chose to dine here, the staff really needs to be trained better on how to treat customers. No courtesies whatsoever from them. I even understand it being a weekend they can be tired, but not serving water, no thank you upon bill payment nothing, infact towards the end we said thank you and even to that the server just walked away. Needless to say : never visiting this outlet again. TLDR : Horrendous staff, below average food, no courtesy and just a bad experience overall.
