Beautiful place. I really enjoyed the ambience, and the food was excellent. We tried the Turkish eggs, which were 10/10, and the classic French toast, which was also delicious! I will definitely return because there are so many items on the menu I want to try. ♥️♥️

The Nutcracker has recently opened its doors in Hiranandani, Powai and boy are we excited to have another premium breakfast spot added to our neighbourhood. They serve only vegetarian continental cuisine, so if you feel it being all vegetarian is a bummer, then maybe you visit just for their extensive Breakfast Egg menu & Shakes. A couple of weeks ago we went for my Birthday Breakfast and I had such a wonderful start to the day thanks to the amazing food & my experience here. Their menu is pretty vast, so we thought this time we’d go just for the Breakfast items. Here’s what we ordered; 1. Turkish Eggs: Poached eggs on a bed of garlic yoghurt, drizzled with chilli oil & caramelized onions served with lightly toasted bread. Out of this world- 5/5 2. Kick start Smoothie Bowl: This was from their special limited edition Protein Menu, the Smoothie was unfortunately runny and could do with a little thickness, however the taste & toppings were bang on. This was ‘Healthy, served in a Bowl’- 4/5 3. Classic French Toast: With a dusting of Castor sugar, it was served with berry compote on the side which was good, but frankly speaking, I’ve had better- 3/5 4. Iced Matcha Latte: It lacked the sweetness I expected from a Matcha latte- 3/5 5. Iced Café Mocha: Since we wanted the most chocolatey drink on their menu, this is what we got and it did not disappoint- 5/5 I found the ambience to be very lively and tastefully done. Their food & presentation is good and value for money, the servers are great, however the wait time for your food once the order is placed is pretty long. We had a wonderful experience here, I would highly recommend for a holiday breakfast with your family. There were so many more items I wanted to try from their breakfast menu, but could not since we were stuffed, hence I am definitely coming back!

The Nutcracker is such a vibe! Perfect for coffee dates ☕✨ Loved the triple berry matcha (super refreshing) and cappuccino. Lebanese sandwich was decent + filling with hummus. The food was good specially the classic french toast was made very well. The cinnamon flavour was amazing. Good music and the lazy sunday kind of vibe made it a pleasant experience.

- Coffee was good. - Turkish eggs were good. - Avocado toast took a lot of time to come in; even coffee took about 20 minutes. - Service is a challenge in terms of timeliness. - People are good.

I hate restaurants that think customers are Ch******s. I think Indians now are well traveled and well informed of different cuisines that exist. This restaurant is charging a high price on a dish that starts with 'Zatar' and while serving the same dish guess what I get? Literally a pinch/ dust that looked like zatar, I obviously couldn't taste it because it disappeared with everything around it. I had ordered a Zatar Labeh dish. I think most of us also know what Labneh is. It's Tangy, think cream cheese consistency yogurt. But what I got was plain Dahi. Now how do I know the difference? I was born and brought up in Saudi, I have lived on Labneh and Zatar, so it's fair to say I know what I'm talking about. I have a few restaurants I boycott because of these cheap tricks they pull. The ones that brag about the quality and authentic food that they serve, but actually do the exact opposite. And more than that when they don't respect the customer. On calling the chef, now this is the best part, he told me he's sorry he didn't argue. But also said - if you wanted more we would have simply provided you with that because 'we don't charge'. You really think we had an issue paying? How insulting is that? His second excuse - Some people don't like the taste of Zatar, then BLOODY HELL why have you kept the dish? and also not actually serve it?? Nutcracker - anywhere is not worth visiting. Please don't go if you feel like you don't want to be taken for a ride.

Felt bad that I was scammed. Asked for a Zaatar Lebneh with Pita received a dish that had very very little Zaatar sprinkled on it. Reason given to me is because guests don't like Zaatar and that I should have asked for more. Apparently I wouldn't have been charged. no one likes being scammed guys. Lost one customer and referrer.
