Hands down the best place to eat in Alibaug. Every bite of the food made me go Oh My God. It was truly an experience in cullniary art! I highly recommend the Beetroot Gnocchi with the Kaju Pepper sauce! The Thecha grill potatoes were spicy bomb and every element on the plate was paired to perfection! Try the jackfruit crostinies as well! Absolutely most visit! The service is absolutely spot on, felt very warm and we got some great recommendations from Vikram!

the solt project is definitely a worth visiting place. we had chicken tikka masala, ghee chapati and bhakri from their hyperlocal category. the chicken was cooked perfectly with good amount of gravy and thick consistency. we also had baked cheesecake which was cherry on the cake. TRULY THE BEST CHEESE CAKE I EVER!!!!! the people, the vibes, the food, and the CHEESECAKE - was 10. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Loved my experience at Solt Project, Alibag! The food was delicious with good portion sizes, and the minimalist ambience made it even better. The staff was super polite and welcoming. I liked it so much that I went back the very next day. Definitely a must-visit!

I thought I was just going out for a quick bite, but TheSoltProject turned it into this slow, happy moment. The vibe, the food, the people everything just felt right and honestly, I didn’t want to leave. Don’t miss their Dan Dan Noodles

First of all, it’s very nice ambience. It’s kinda open but cool. Service was extremely good, the person was very polite and friendly. Food quality was very good. Local delicacy like chicken Sukha, pomphret fry was very tasty. The only drawback was the potion size which is very less and needs improvement.

So I came here with very high expectations after reading the menu, everything sounded very interesting. The okra came first and was really good, light crispy batter and the sauces were nice as well. The seafood chowder that followed was a little thin, and there was some maida or something which was lumpy and had not incorporated well. The butter garlic prawns had an extremely thick and heavy sauce and we could not taste the kaffir lime at all. The Rechado had a nice flavour, but the fish was frozen and the texture was off because it was weirdly soft. The calamari was nice and crispy, tasted like a calamari chilli from an Asian place, no curry leaves and nothing 65 about it. The prawn toast was fried in oil at the bottom and was very heavy. Lastly, the Modak was not a Panna cotta at all, it was frozen and tasted more like a kheer. However when I brought that to the attention of the person serving us, he didn’t charge us for dessert. By and large the service was very nice and the guy was extremely sweet. The place was nice and minimalistic as well, just disappointed by the food. Hopefully it gets better because the menu is promising
