Very nice ambience n the CCD square makes a perfect place to hangout Very nice menu for some awesome coffee n tasty bites on It has a great view n the location is also best

A fancy name and premium ambience mean nothing if you don't have the service to back it up. The waiters here are rude, messing up orders or completely forgetting about them is considered normal. I have been here twice and was met with appalling service both times. Don't expect better service or food simply because it's called The Square, it's still very much your regular CCD. Or maybe even worse.

All I can say is, "Are you kidding me?" This place used to be perfect when it was a regular ccd. Now it is just serves incredibly overpriced and really bad coffee (yuck). Just save your money.

Atrocious experience...!!! The staff member wanted us to sit on wet chairs and use a wet table...they had to be asked twice to wipe them, which eventually happened after 15 minutes because apparently someone was trying to find a wonder wipe. The reason we were given was that "baar baar barish padti hai kab tak wipe karein...company ko bola hai monsoon kit lagane ke liye...kuch din mein lag jayega". I wanted to order a cold brew coffee, so I asked the order taker specifically if it is served in a bottle or a glass...to which he confidently said that it comes in a bottle. When my order came, it was served in a mason jar. When I complained about it...the staff member had the audacity to say that it is a mason bottle only. Obviously, the staff didn't have any idea that cold brew coffee serves on ice and cold brew coffee chilled in a bottle would taste different...because they constantly kept on saying that if I want it take away they can put it in a bottle. Fancy names don't mean anything unless you can do justice to your product and service. Definitely never going there again...not that it would affect the outlet...but for me such blatant bullshit of not accepting one's mistake and trying to make a fool out of a custom by calling a mason jar a bottle, is absolutely unacceptable.

I have not received my Gratuity from Cafe coffee day. Even though I have repeatedly mail them, they have stopped replying back to me. This company does not respect employees and treat them as Modern Slaves. I will continue my fight with CCD until I receive my gratuity. This is the second step I have executed. If I still not receive my gratuity I will be taking more steps and end game will be to do a strike which will begin at the bridge where the late Mr. V G Siddhartha ended his life. I will not stop until I receive my Gratuity.

I think it was better as a regular ccd. I went there to have desserts. I ordered a brownie shake and a chocolate slice ( don't remember exact names) as there were not too many other interesting dessert options. Not only were they overpriced but also very mediocre in taste. Was quite disappointed with the experience.
