I’ve been eating at The Tatu’s Nook since my childhood. Had an opportunity to dine in after ages, and they still maintained the taste. #Nostalgia

We tried the Prawns Triple Rice (spicy, flavourful gravy with chunky prawns – 7/10), the Crispy Chicken (perfectly crunchy, best in town – 9/10), and the Caramel Custard (smooth and melt-in-mouth – 9/10). honey noodles here are my favourite.

A cosy place in Goregaon West, it's affordable and fairly neat, a go to place for college kids who don't wish to burn a hole in their pocket. The thread chicken was tasty, but the Manchow soup was average. The staff was friendly too.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I’m honestly so angry writing this. The food arrived cold and completely tasteless — like zero effort had gone into it. We even had to send the rice back because it was that bad. For the prices they charge, this is unacceptable. And then comes the real joke — they’re overpricing basic things like water bottles and Thums Up cans above MRP, which is already wrong. On top of that, they added GST again as if that wasn’t enough daylight robbery. And on top of that, they added a 10% charge for the gas being used. Seriously? The manager was useless and rude as hell. He made a weird face and walked off mid conversation while i was stating the issue which was absolutely disrespecful and shocking. At this point, they might as well start charging us rent for sitting there. Highly disappointing experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

So we went for a family dinner at this place and the service was pathetic. The service was so slow that we literally spent 2 hrs to complete our dinner. We literally waited for 45 minutes for the main course after having the starters. They were clearly short on staff. Even the food tasted average like any other restaurant in the vicinity, nothing exceptional. Secondly, to our surprise they restaurant charged GST illegally. Their registeration was cancelled since February 2024 but they are looting the customer in the name of GST and filling there own pockets. When we confronted the guy to rectify the bill he clearly denied and started to argue. Later when we were firm that we wont pay the GST, he agreed but noted my name and number. God knows why.
