UNSAFE TO EAT There was a plastic thread-like particle inside the slider. When we pointed it out, the person in charge casually dismissed it saying it must have been from the maida packet. This explanation itself raises serious concerns about their food handling and hygiene practices. Despite this clear issue, we were still charged for the meal, and we had to leave more than half of our food because he refused to take responsibility or resolve the matter. If plastic contamination in food is being treated so casually, their food safety and hygiene standards clearly require inspection by the relevant authorities.

Ordered butter chicken slider. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The chicken was badly cooked. When i tried explaining there was no appropriate response. Never ordering again from here

you totally cheat customers by ur fraud marketing tactics.Ordered the bhuna slider this evening & it was totally atrocious & not at all worth the money.250 Rs for half piece & hardly any chicken & only full of oil gravy, so basically ur paying only for tandoor roti & gravy & taste of cheese absolutely zero.On top of that you pay zomato for packaging charges & they pack in aluminium foil,not even a box after charging,which makes the slider soggy & messy when u open.When i called the restaurant,the staff Arvind was so rude & they just washed off their hands saying u contact zomato for refund.I asked for the bosse's no,they never bothered to give & said he isn't at the restaurant & nobody bothered to take account of the lousy service.It's sad tht restaurants care a damn about our hard earned money,but whn it comes to their business they will feel the pain.More than glorifying ur insta stories & posts,you need to focus on hiring some efficient,courteous staff!!!

they delivered 4 stale and stinky pieces of Chicken Lollypops. whats worse, one of my kids had already eaten large portions of one of the stale lolypops, now we are praying hes fine tomorrow morning. absolutely pathetic, will not be ordering from here again

we have ordered chicken Schezwan fried rice and let me tell you this hotel serves good amount of quantity for 2 people only and their fried rice is very good if not the best in Andheri West and order chicken chilly also but the quantity as per price is so low that we felt disappointed

amazing amazing amazing. well balanced tasty hygienic food. egg bhurji roll was a revelation! never tasted a better manchurian! very very happy we discovered this place.

The Worst Restaurant ever visited the chicken was too chewy and the taste of the gravy is like some road side food without hygiene and also they gave me Butter chicken instead of Paneer Tikka Slider

I used to enjoy their sliders a lot. But now the food is so spicy it’s impossible to eat. I’m not even exaggerating, after telling the restaurant to make it less spicy also I couldn’t eat it, imagine how spicy it was the first time I ordered. Feels like they don’t care anymore about listening to their customers. I have added comments to my orders to make it non spicy. No one reads it also. Unfortunately I’m not aware of other restaurants that serve sliders like that.
