there was a bit of a hygiene issue as machar ghum rahe the khane ke time and the menu that zomota has and the actual menu at hotel both are different price .....hotel menu all the food prices are higher then shown in the zomota menu

extremely disappointed with food quality and service. Tomato soup served was lukewarm. When requested to replace/make the same served soup hot, waiter want to kitchen and came back saying it cannot be made more hot and said we could order some other soup. not happy with this kind of service, we thought of going elsewhere but stayed back since manager requested to not leave . we tried some other soup and later biryani. despite being told biryani is medium spicy, it turned out to be very spicy and was more like masala rice than a biryani. never visiting this restaurant again

We always eat or order from here but today really not hapy with service i had ordered dal tadka whis was tasess no salt and it was so thick i guess it was not fresh it was leftover dal and also after informing them dey dint even said once will send u new just said next time will take care what abt the money and time which got wassted never order from this hotel

You guys really need a training in Food and Service. food is of same taste in almost of the veggies. Uplift your standards or else this will gradually decrease the brand name and image.

I had ordered Lehsuni palak and the taste was not upto the mark, it tasted rancid and the garlic was not cooked properly to give it’s flavour to the gravy

No one will bother giving you water, menu and even taking your order unless you tell them multiple times. Good place, good food and ridiculous staff.
