I ordered veg pizza from veg treat. But it was only loaded with cheese there was no topping of any veggies. In special pizza it was mentioned with pasta but it was same as regular veg pizza with dry fruits on the top. So very disappointed with pizza order. I'm giving 3 stars for only idli vada it was good.

The service is quite good. Paneer chilly was too yumm with the paneer being very soft and fresh..highly recomend. Idli Wada, Sada dhosa, Masala dhosa, Onion uttapam and Masala pav were all good. Sambhar was bit too sweet. Mysore masala had green peas in the stuffing which was a disapointment.

We went to Veg treat today and ordered Punjabi food. Our plate got dirty after eating masala papad so we politely asked the waiter to change the plate. To which he very rudely asked 'why' & made face. We ignored it but later when he served pineapple raita without bowl or serving spoon, we again politely asked him to provide 2 bowls. He got one bowl & banged it on table and the anger with which he served spilled entire raita on table. Before we could digest what has happened, he walked towards other waiters who were enjoying the show and told them loudly 'dena hai to tu de dusra bowl, mein nahi dunga' and that's when I lost my cool. Literally, felt as if they are doing some favour on us. When we called manager, waiter started complaining the manager that they asked to replace the plate just coz they had masala papad on that plate and was rude even to the manager. After this I just couldn't sit and eat as I was thinking what did we do to make him so angry. (As far I know, we were not even 1% impolite). I was so upset that the owner Ravi Shetty had to get involved and promised no such thing will be repeated. Anyways, we are never going to enter this hotel. Whoever does 'pls don't ask for plate replacement'

I’ve been visiting Veg Treat 2 since it first opened and have always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I had placed a pre-order (13 Feb 2026) over the phone but later decided to dine in and informed the restaurant in advance. When I reached, I requested just one minor change in the 4–5 items ordered. The manager refused immediately, saying the order was already punched. I explained that it was only one small change and that I was willing to pay any price difference, but instead of handling it politely, he was rude and dismissive. What was more upsetting was the tone — it felt like he was doing me a favour by cancelling the order, rather than addressing a regular customer respectfully. I understand operational challenges, but basic courtesy and customer service should not be compromised. To other customers: please be aware that flexibility and customer handling may not be as expected, even for small requests. I hope the management of Veg Treat 2 takes this feedback seriously, because one negative interaction can undo years of goodwill.

Horrible person handling the phone for orders. Had ordered on Swiggy and called to confirm specifications(in the past they had sent non-jain instead if jain). So my Mother in law called and I didn’t know so even when called. The person attending the phone is so rude. He’s telling me that for one order how many times would you call? And he was asking for an explanation on why I called twice. On telling him that it could be a genuine mistake and I told him to not be rude since I called to just clarify: told him that I am not ordering for free that he’s behaving like this. On this there was no remorse and he still asked me “how gaya aapka”. The food is good but if this is how they treat customers then it’s an issue for the management

Worst experience ever. We ordered masala papad first which came soggy. Then we ordered some main course which was told to keep it spicy and instead of telling, the food was not spicy at all and the vegetables were uncooked. Also, they served thumps to us in a dirty rotten smelly glass. Also, when discussed this issue with the manager, they were behaving so rude with us and blaming us that we don’t want to pay the bill so that’s why we creating this scene. The behaviour of the managers was atrocious and terrible. I will surely not enter this place in my life nor will recommend anyone

What a pathetic service. The waiter let , Manager , owner no one is bothered. The cashier is very rude. The order incorrectly delivered inspite of explaining twice. Waiter Manish and Mahinder who is the manager are least bothered to rectify. Visit any other Veg treat but do not visit here ever.

I ordered an uttappam for lunch and half way through eating I found a cockroach in the food. Even in this covid situation there are no precautions being taken while preparing food. It is just so bad and unhygienic. I would really recommend to not order from this restaurant.

I ordered from veg treat 2 but when I called on the landline the person picking the call was RUDE in this business you are speaking this way Means your are OVERCONFIDENT one day u will FALL

Very poor quality of food, no taste and stale food. Dining as well as delivery experience was worst. Will never visit
