This pastel themed outlets theobroma has is really very calming This outlet is spacious Pastries , snacks , cookies , shakes etc are available Premium food with high prices but has good taste We had pineapple cake this time which was nice I had also tried Belgium chocolates which i like being a chocolate lover Apart from this they do sell cute tote bags and diary Overall nice

Dropped in at Theobroma BKC branch & asked for a red velvet cake. They told us they are out of red velvet cakes (they had 1 in fridge) & told us it was for an order. So i placed an order on swiggy & the order was being prepared at the same BKC outlet. Suddenly now they had a red velvet cake when 5 minutes ago it was for "an order". Theobroma your employees are scamming customers.

Very bad experience we ordered 2 cappuccino, 1 roasted chicken sandwich and 1 pastry but we got Latte instead of cappuccino. after requesting we got a cappuccino but half of glass. maybe management is required to train their employees how to make cappuccino and Latte. The restaurant was Full empty but still we got a such experience which is highly disappointed.

worst experience. Accepted order despite its unavailability. Then forced to choose something else. Next Cancelled the order from restrorent itself before 10 mins to delivery. worst service ever.
