Devil’s mousse cake is the best pastry of theobroma renamed (dark chocolate pastry) also tried cookie brownie and tasted really good the chocolate pastry was good.

I have ordered cake for my husband’s birthday. While placing order I forgot to mention the name. I had a chat with team and suggested to add in the instructions. I re added the same in the instruction. But to my surprise the name was not written on the cake. I liked the service as though it was drizzling, cake was delivered on time. The taste was best.

I ordered a chocolate and strawberry bento cake, It tasted yummy. however the packaging used was not good and the knife was broken which is not a good service 😔

I’ve always been a loyal customer of Theobroma, but my recent experience at the Colaba outlet was extremely disappointing. They have started charging for the “Happy Birthday” tag, which was something they never used to charge for before. It’s just a tiny piece of decoration, and yet they’ve decided to monetize it! This feels like pure greed and a clear lack of customer appreciation. What’s even worse is that there was absolutely no prior information or justification given about this ridiculous charge. This kind of petty practice doesn’t suit a reputed brand like Theobroma, which prides itself on customer satisfaction. Sadly, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and not because of the cake! Charging for something as basic as a birthday tag is unacceptable. I’m rating them 1 star and won’t be returning anytime soon.

Theobroma Been ordering their pineapple cake for over 5 years now and it was always amazing and impossible not to finish with my family in one go! I recently ordered it again expecting the same quality and deliciousness and we couldn't even taste the pineapple!! If we closed our eyes and ate it we couldn't tell what flavour it was - the only thing was that it felt like cake. To top it all off, whoever consumed the cake ended up with a bad case of the runny tummies which I'm guessing means it was probably old and stale!!

i will never buy cake from them very disappointed with cake I ordered last night from their website they send me butterscotch and milk chocolate cake it was off and smell like kerosene in the cake I complained it to them on their website number they asked me to send the photo of the leftover, my only concern is that what if we would eat it and get hospitalized 🥵😷as if they don't care still no revert from them ..
