I don’t understand what is wrong with theobroma nowadays. I used to love their red velvet cupcake and brownies but the quality lately has been so bad. I tried it 3 times in different locations and same stale taste. Even the chocolate used in chocolate opium pastry feels so cheap now. Being a famous brand for years and doing these cheap cost cutting tactics after charging a huge amount is so low. I hope this review reaches the owner and they do something about it. I used to love this place and now I am never ever gonna order from here again

Ordered 6 pastries and was really disappointed. All of them tasted stale, and the red velvet cheesecake was the worse it was extremely sour and inedible. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend.

i went to ghatkopar east shop at 11.45 PM and they refuse to give cake and said that we are checking collection now...strict action to be taken against this staff..very pathetic service.

pathetic way of writing on 1/2 kg and 1kg cake, Pls keep some staff who is creative enough to know how to mention name with cream on cake.

i ordered the cake and it was pathetic and the food was delivered too late. They also asked for extra charges on delivery
