Had multimillionaire chocolate brownie in the outlet It was chocolaty but rather more sweeter for me. Had a caramel chocolate flavour. The ambience was great Clean, classy n cool.

Pastry Tasted okay. But not worth ₹130. Ambience was good and so do the service. Double price me double maza ana chahiye. Naam ka paisa mat lo.

Thebroma has a brand name where they make delicious cakes and pastries… But with time passing by the quality of the cakes have been going down… Please try to maintain your quality…

Absolutely pathetic experience with Theobroma! Ordered a 500 gm cake for ₹725 and received a stale, sour-tasting cake weighing barely 300 gm. For a so-called “premium” bakery, this is downright shameful. First time ordering from Theobroma for a special occasion, and they completely ruined it. If a bakery can’t even deliver a fresh cake in the right weight, what exactly are they charging a premium for? Clearly, the hype is fake and undeserved. Never trusting or recommending Theobroma again

Don’t come to Mira Road Theobroma. They treated me like an untouchable and said u can’t come in etc. I had my 3Kg newborn puppy in my bag. This has never happened with any other outlet. The store manager etc were extremely rude. They were staring and telling go away go away. We live in a free country and have a spending power. Who are u to misbehave? I have been to the Borivali branch several times and they were most decent and kind. This Mira Road store is pathetic

Zomato shows the place open @8am , walked into the store @08:25 and have been told we don't open till 10am. Cakes were available and the staff was busy boxing it up.. asked if we could get one as already there and were refused.. Really disappointing service especially on my Birthday.. really wish I could give it a Zero not even a single star

I'm a genuine Theobroma fan but disappointed with this Mango cake I had ordered for my spouse birthday. it has 4.5 stars and must try tag. it was completely dry, tasteless and looks like not fresh 2days old cake. completely mood spoiler for everyone. No Theobroma next time.

Such a disapointment. I ordered from website,& chose slot 1145 pm yet they sent it during day 1pm and spoilt surprise.mesg was also mentioned to be writen on cake , but they just wrote half and sent it . Pathetic srvc for this expnsv amount.

Some of the most rudest staff I have ever experienced in any restaurant. Felt like they were a doing a favor by serving us. Probably the worst thing a failing brand can do. Never gonna visit or ordering from the establishment again
