Had a wonderful experience at Theona. Every dish recommended by Samar was absolutely delicious and perfectly curated for us. Samar was extremely kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout our meal, which made the experience even more special. The service was excellent, the hospitality was warm, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Looking forward to visiting again soon! 💛

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel with my family. The staff were extremely courteous. A special mention to Samar who took great care in understanding our Jain food requirements. The service was prompt and attentive throughout. Truly made our family dining experience comfortable and enjoyable.

We went to Theona yesterday to celebrate my dads birthday which was a Saturday night and inspite of making a reservation two days prior, the manager said that no booking was visible. But somehow a table was arranged and then came the disappointing part. After having sushi's, hummus pita and soup we were placing the order for the main course and then the captain said that they had run out of LPG gas. So my point is when you know that you are having severe gas related issues which everyone is facing these days, why ruin a special occasion. Give your customers a prior intimation while making a reservation only that availability of food items is purely subject to lasting of LPG gas. And worst part is inspite of knowing the captain said only Pizza and Sushi are available. Are we fools to not understand that Pizza doesn't need gas. So guys plan your outing accordingly to Theona and don't risk your special occasion get ruined due to some idiots who are running this place who have the audacity to not even say sorry and that we have made a blunder by making fools out of customers who have no option but to only have Pizza and Sushi. Its a complete mockery of the customers faith in you. So avoid Theona till the gas problem gets sorted

as they say don't judge a book by it's cover the same thing happened here. ambience is good but the problem started after ordering food. 1. ordered nachos and the chips were airy and full of moisture and what to say about cheese sauce less then 8 chips were occupied with it rest all it it without cheese 2. ordered guacamole, my oh my the chef doesn't know to use salt I literally just sent the dish back and paid for it. 3. turkish pide which had burnt base. al in all will never ever come here had to go someplace else to fill my and kids stomach.

Went to the restaurant, it was completely empty but they refused to give a table as they only work “slot wise”. A total fail at hospitality, didnt even offer a seat in the outside area or something else. And the valet took forever to get our car back!
