Had such a wonderful experience here! ❤️ The food was lovely, the ambience was beautiful, but what truly made our visit special was the hospitality. A special shoutout to Sunny Mandal, who was incredibly warm, kind and attentive throughout. He made us feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for, and his friendly nature made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s people like Sunny who make you want to come back to a place. Thank you for making our evening so lovely! Would definitely recommend this place and will happily come back again.

Sunny made our dining experience exceptional. He was warm, attentive, and always checked in to make sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. The food and ambience was good but the service was quite disappointing. The staff seemed more interested in watching the cricket match on TV than attending to customers and we had to repeatedly call them for assistance. When we requested the table to be cleaned before cutting the birthday cake, they only removed the plates and left the table messy. We had to ask again for it to be properly cleaned. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.

Earlier I had got Zomato discount on food bill and 1+1 offer on drinks separately. This time the staff person Sumeet denied giving me this benefit. Why the differential treatment? Pls improve the customer experience. This is not fair!!!
