First-time visit to Third Wave Café and it was an excellent experience! The store ambiance was warm and welcoming, the staff was polite and attentive, and the coffee quality was outstanding. Service was quick, and everything was well-maintained and clean. Overall, a great experience—looking forward to visiting again!

Amazing vibes with beautiful decoration and reasonable pricing. Additional services like WiFi connection and washrooms are available with comfortable seatings and friendly staff. The place lacks parking at peak hours which should be kept in mind, otherwise a great alternative option than other Cafe's. Keep it up team!

This third cafe is very well built from inside and every variety of coffee is available here and you can also do your office related work in the cafe and the service is also good and you can also get a view of Chowpatty from the cafe.

A great place to chill and spend quality time with loved ones. The calming ambience is a big plus definitely a must visit. and staff are very polite and respectful and the energy is very nice must visit very nice

The Staff is very unprofessional and service is also very poor. also I had paid the bill successfully but they denied it saying they have not received it. This is very exhausting and not at all worthy of your time and efforts!! This is my humble request and genuine comments - Do explore some other options if you don't want to waste your time for all this Shit!!!

The staff can’t even serve in proper glasses they are serving in the paper takeaway ones? And when asked for a proper glass they said they can’t provide that at the moment??? And then just minutes later a table that came later got served in a glass? So weird

We ordered the 150 coffee + food combo and the food was cold we have to get it reheated. The coffee was so bad we had to get it remade thrice and we still left most of it
