Excellent Atmosphere and Service: really like the atmosphere, good coffee, and nice interior. This is a good place to study or chill with friends. The drinks and foods were all tasty and worthwhile. •High-Quality Coffee and Friendly Baristas place is amazing! They offered the best coffee and showed the best attitude to its customers. Internet connection is very fast and is unlimited as well.

Friendly Staff, specially Sangeeta and Gulnaz Amazing Espresso "I visited this coffee shop for the first time today, and I was so impressed. The barista was super friendly and recommended an espresso, which was one of the best I’ve ever had. The interior is also very modern and stylish. I’ll definitely be back!"

Service couldn't be more worse than what I'd experienced at TWC, Kurla. first experience, ordered cold coffee without sugar... they offered me the coffee with extra sugar...asked for change it...they refused. second experience, ordered 2 coffees, they billed for 3 when we asked them to cancel one again them refused. At last, I could have let the above experiences go if coffee would taste like a proper one...it was all milk and no coffee. in terms of customer service, this counter is pathetic....Starbucks coffees taste so much better, and they value their customers too.. I hope their owners are watching this..
