A beautiful and calm place to go with your friends or family. The ice cream factory has a great menu with seasonal fresh fruit ice cream, sundaes, thick shakes, shooters, etc. They prepare the fresh fruit items (ice cream, shakes) in front of you only after receiving the order. We tried the strawberry ice cream and just by tasting one bite one can understand the difference between this actual fruit ice cream and the flavored. It had the perfect balance of strawberry with a uniform texture. We also loved their Dark Knight Sundae, which was a dark chocolate ice cream sundae topped with chocolate beads and biscuits. Sticking to its motto of 'Fresh not Frozen' this outlet has a seasonal menu to serve you the best of the season.

TIB has been my favourite Icecream and hot chocolate spot as it is just on a 2mins distance walking from my home. The best part is they dont use any artificial color or flavors nor preservatives. They just use natural fruits and flavors. I loved their Salted caramel icecream cupcake with an orange sponge as a base filled with salted caramel topped with salted caramel icecream which is covered by cream and sauces. Their dark hot chocolate is my all time favourite so no doubt in their hot chocolates. I have always loved their brownies and have tried their mocha brownie sundae which was too good. Since fresh strawberry season is up, had their strawberry icecream shake which was too nice.

Recently I visited at 'the ice cream bakery' at mulund. The place was very amazing & taste also, I think tib is one of the best icecream in mumbai. Ambiance was very tempting & lovely, dinning was very comfortable. Cupcake: In cup cake I tried 'Mocha mocha cup cake' it was very tasty & amazing and well presented. Then I ordered 'dark Knight sundae' it was well presented & very delicious. Then I tried 'red velvet shooter' which was very amazing it's my favorite & highly recommended by me. Staffs & service: Staffs are very friendly & polite and service was very amazing.

The staff here is really polite and friendly, and they actually take the time to listen to any customizations you want, which makes you feel valued as a customer. The ice creams are honestly amazing—not only because they taste so fresh, but also because you get to see them being made right in front of you. It adds a nice personal touch and makes the whole experience feel even more special.

Loved their sundae. I visit here twice , thrice just for having their Chocolate sundae Apart from these they have also brought up their new variant in cupcakes which are equally tasty Do try these items if you are visiting anytime soon

Yesterday had a collab at tib Mulund So visited there. And tried their: 1)banana ice-cream 2)Dark night sundaes And 3rd tried their newly launched the ice-cream cup cake🧁 Which was good 👍 I love the combination of orange and chocolate which makes it more delicious 😋 The ice-cream here are made in front of you fresh. The staff was also good 👍 The ambiance was really awesome. At the end would like to rate this place 9/10 Approx cost for 2ppl-(300-400)💸 Follow @foodie_lenss on Instagram for more such content ✨️

The owner of the outlet or the one who sits at the bill counter is hopeless. He feels that he runs a monopoly shop and does not care about anything. On swiggy dineout there was clearly mentioned about card offers, but when u visit this Mulund outlet the guys says we dont accept cards only. Secondly, the way he speaks is very rude. My child wanted a cone icecream for which the cone got broke just after taking the deliver n sitting on the chair. Entire ice cream fell on floor , having visited the counter he was not ready to listen thay his cone was of not good quality and the icecream fell due to the faulty cone. Inspite of he seeing the incident live, he refrained to replace the order. I have never seen such horrible service in food industry

Ice creams are okay, nothing unique but the staff is pathetic. They ask you to leave once done eating even when there is no crowd and the outlet is empty. The staff had audacity to say " You can't hangout for hrs". Idiots; need to improve their customer service snd learn some manners. Would rate 1/5 ONLY.

ordered from zomato. the order was spiller because the shooter (milkyway jar) can was not packed properly. The order was sealed and untouched. It was all spilled. the restaurant denied to take any responsibility bluntly. pathetic
