The place is a bit dated. Staff has good attitude but their uniforms and training is not like a good quality lounge you would expect for the price being paid. Cleanliness of the place is also not appropriate. There was a cockroach on the menu provided to us. Food is a little better than average but not quite there.

I visited this lounge expecting a well-managed, adults-only environment, but the experience was disappointing. The venue clearly states at the entrance that it is restricted to guests above 18. However, during my visit, there were young children present—some as young as toddlers and others around 7–8 years old. This is concerning, especially in a setting where people are smoking. It completely changes the atmosphere and raises questions about how strictly the rules are being followed. This is not a family-friendly environment, and policies like this should be enforced consistently. Another issue is the pricing. The rates seem to increase frequently, almost on a weekly basis. While the lounge does offer a good vibe that attracts customers, constantly raising prices at your convenience can drive away regular patrons. Consistency and transparency in pricing would go a long way in building customer trust. Overall, the place has potential, but better rule enforcement and fair pricing practices are needed to maintain a positive and loyal customer base.

Very disappointing experience. We faced a serious issue with parking while coming to have food at the restaurant. The valet was not at his place when we needed help. When we approached the restaurant staff for assistance, the valet responded rudely, saying “I have other work to do, I can’t attend to your problem.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when customers are already struggling just to park and enter the restaurant. Good food alone doesn’t make a good experience—basic courtesy and support matter. Sadly, this completely ruined our visit.

Worst experience ever if you are planning to watch matches here. Even after reaching at 6:30 pm at the venue, v got a table at the very end and people kept coming during the match to stand near the tables nearby projector screen. We weren’t able to see a single ball properly through out the match and management did nothing to clear the crowd. Zero efforts and the crowd was worse than pathetic wid no understanding. Funny part is they charged us 5k for the cover charges for this experience

Not a great experience overall. The pricing feels quite high compared to the quality offered. The accessibility and billing process were not smooth, which made the visit inconvenient. Food quality is low at— definitely not matching the price point. The place tends to attract a very local crowd, and honestly, it doesn’t feel like a safe or comfortable environment, especially for couples or a decent outing. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a quality dining experience.

Even though the vibe and place is excellent, we had a really bad experience with the service. We reached the restaurant at 8:45 pm and asked to be seated near the singer. After an hour, the manager asks us to move to another seating because the table we were given was reserved. I have only one question. If the table was reserved, why did the staff wake up after one hour to tell us so? They absolutely ruined our birthday evening.

The worst place to ever visit. Undercook food, rude behaviour by staff, i would have given the lowest rating on a scale from zero to negative as there is no upside for such a disaster . Hardly 4tables were occupied though it took 4managers & 45min to disburse money for e-challan on my car given to their valet.

Hardly anything in the menu was actually available to be ordered. Left hungry. Also, forced to buy bottled water. No regular water available either.

They mentioned live music will start at 9.30 but started at 11.10 p.m. Wrong information or else would have booked somewhere else
