This is a good place on a fine weekend however what they seriously need to consider is crowd management. The staff is well trained and proactive but the quality of people they are letting in from the door should be improved. We had a horrible experience with a creepy old man bothering us and the management tried to shrug it off saying that he is a regular. The number of stags is Wayyy Too High. The club however seats them separately which isn’t an issue but gives a feeling of a cheap bar at that end. You also notice a hint of activity towards the later end of the night which doesn’t give a good impression. I request the management to take care of their reputation and the decent couples to avoid this place till changes are made.

Visited Tight Vashi in Inorbit Mall with friends on [date]. Staff specifically asked for headcount and gender split (3 guys + 1 girl) when we inquired about a table for 4 — no mention of any cover charge. We ordered food for the group. When the rest arrived, they suddenly demanded ₹1500 cover per person. One friend had to leave, and food ordered for her was wasted. Zero transparency despite being asked directly about composition. Food and vibe are decent, but this kind of misleading practice and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. Management needs to ensure upfront disclosure of all charges and policies. Will think twice before returning and advise others to confirm EVERYTHING in writing before ordering. Expected better service."

They have different prices for drinks if you have a bookinh via zomato or swiggy If it is allowed for such to to happen Then how are we even benefiting from this discounts we get on bookinh if prices are different
