I don’t usually go to Tim Hortons for coffee. The last time I went was in July 2024, when I had a French vanilla hot coffee. I ordered the same thing today, and it tasted exactly the same.

The food and service was good but there was a communication gap. staff didn't know the Marathi language but still they handled it well

We ordered biscoff latte and cappuccino in size small. the cappuccino was okayish but the biscoff latte was very bad. it didn't even had any flavours

Definitely staff need training. Communication skills need major improvement. Quality staff is required not quantity. Having more staff does not make the experience better. Grooming not upto the mark also

The Cold classic coffee was absolutely bland. Tasted just like melted ice. This was despite paying for an additional espresso shot. Couldn't even finish the glass. They really need to train their staff 100x better. This is not COFFEE!!
