TIP TOP MITHAIWALA If you want to have best farsans & modaks then tip top mithaiwala is the place that you need to visit in Thane. They offers an amazing range of sweets, farsans, tea time snacks etc. I got assorted modak box which i had 4 different types of modak flavours, Cashew-jelly cookies these cookies were amazingly tasty & best part they were not too sweet. In farsan i got Tip Top special mix farsan box, it was good in taste,very fresh & crunchy. For tea time i got Maska Khari. It was super crunchy & fresh and obvio buttery. If you wanna stock up snacks for your home then this the place that you need to go trust me.

Tip Top is located at Thane.Its well known for mithai & also snacks.They served is just amazing.The people were very polite & also helping out to suggest good one. I have order :- ✨modak box ✨Farshan box ✨ Cookies ( cashew nuts) ✨Maska khaari Modak box was just amazing which consists of various flavour colourful modak box.The pink , green ,white & brown colour modak .Every color modak consist various taste . White :- kaju khatri Pink :- strawberry /chew gum green:- Pista Brown :- Angie dry fruit All over the best place for festive shopping must try .for new food stuff join this place well know for mithai.

Was looking for some festive packages and hit this spot. The outlet is located on the ground floor of Hotel Tip Top Plaza. They have launched special range of flavorful Modak for this Ganesh Chaturthi and I just couldn't give it a Miss. The quality is quite premium at the price they offer and definitely value for money. Tried 4 different flavors and everyone loved it. Along with Modak also got some snacks such as Farsan Mix, Biscuits and Khari. Loved this entire hamper as a good gifting option. Do try this place if you love rich delicious sweets.

Tiptop is one of the best sweets and namkin place in thane…. So this festive season they have come up with a wide range of flavoured modaks… I tried there special hamper for ganpati which contains a box of Modak with 3-4 flavours of Modak in it and box of farsan and one packet of cookies and one box of Maska khari also… my personal favourite was that box of modaks it was the best specially the rose Modak. So if you also wanna try their different flavours of Modak … you must visit tiptop mithaiwala.

Festive season is here and i like to try new sweets and snacks. So bought a few items from this outlet, the place is neat and clean, and social distancing Norms are properly followed at the billing counter. So out of their wonderful variety we went for a assorted modak box, mix farsan, maska khari and cashew cookies. Everything i bought had met my expectations. Infact their modaks & cashew cookies are a must try. Also good at the price. Farsan and sweets here are Highly reccomended.

As it's a festive season, so i ordered festival special hamper from tip-top. Staff here is so polite. They were taking proper safety and precautions. I totally loved their hamper. Hamper contains : 🔸flavoured modax box 🔸Maska khari 🔸Dryfruit cookies 🔸Farsan box Taste : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Packaging was superb. Everything was fresh. Quantity and quality was commendable

Wanted some sweets for this festival, Hence visited this outlet. The modak were just wonderful. Variety of flavours packed in one box, each had it’s unique taste. Next I got some Mix Farsan, Maska Khari & Badam Pista Cookies. They were just Awesome. Prices are a bit high, but the quality & quantity is worth it!!

Have been a regular eater here for more than 20 years now and always been satisfied with the food but this had a very bad experience, pav bhaji was tasteless, apart from pab bhaji masala not other ingredient was identifiable (way too much of it)

With a lot of trust and happiness, I recently went to Tip Top Plaza, near Mulund check naka to repurchase dry fruit pedas—something we usually associate with celebrations and sharing joy. But that happiness turned into shock when, the same evening at home, I found a 2 mm-sized stone inside one of the pedas. It was deeply disturbing and heartbreaking for me and my family. We have always believed Tip Top Plaza stands for quality and safety, which is why we confidently buy sweets to share with our friends and relatives. Sadly, after this incident, we did not have the courage to offer these sweets to anyone. Finding a stone in a sweet is not just disappointing—it is dangerous. This experience has shaken our trust and made us question the standards being followed. I truly hope the management takes this seriously so no other family has to go through such a frightening experience.
