We celebrated a birthday today at Tiqri with a large group of friends. Excellent service provided Shivam & team. Right from giving us a good seating place to serving us food and patiently helping us click a lot of pictures, Shivam and his team provided superb service. I am glad to have done the birthday party at Tiqri.

Chef Shreyas and his team - Souvik, Dishant and Kuldeep made the dining experience delightful. Absolutely loved their pesto pasta, Tiramisu Pastry, the dark chocolate shake and the overall buffet spread. Will be visiting frequently. A must Visit in Bombay!

Taj the name itself defines service standards. Delicious food, superb presentation, amazing ambience and live music just wow experience. The staff are very professional and their etiquette are truly amazing. Overall fantastic superb awesome experience.

A few dishes really stood out in terms of good taste. They had a modest variety of dishes in each course, however it could have been nicer had they offered a greater assortment of starters + appetisers while improving on the flavour profile. The staff was warm, polite and professional. Good service. Good Ambiance. Lunch buffet at Tiqri was overall a pleasant experience.

I happened to stay at this property recently and had breakfast and dinner in this restaurant. Let's talk about the service first. All the waiters seemed rushed,busy and running someplace,no one came to ask for tea/ coffee while we were seated which is usually standard practice. it felt like each time we wanted something we really had to struggle to get someone's attention. Our live counter order arrived after we finished our main course and the kids were all done with their meal, instructions not followed on how it was to be prepared and after following up with three serving staff and two managers. For breakfast, I simply asked for some condiments which never arrived, after the dinner experience I didn't really bother waiting. Food selection was underwhelming and lacked the wow factor, almost boring even.There was south Indian/chaat and pasta counter which honestly I could probably get in any other regular hotel, not Taj standards. I'm not sure if I'm ever returning to this one. Desserts were mostly desi mithais, which if done right could be fabulous, but none were that great too. The coconut barfi felt like a chewy gloopy mess, walnut halwa was bad!

went on 21/11/23 . given its name very average food . hardly any variety for vegetarians. starters were limited. icecream was a disappointment. staff is very professional and courteous.

A complete let down...!! The food was stale especially the desserts..!! They could not even accomodate a simple request at the live counter i.e to provide pasta without any chillies for a small child..!!!!! Being an epicure member I'm sure that this was my last visit to Taj Santacruz as they certainly can't maintain basic 5 star standards let alone Taj standards.

Went fot a Corporate team outing and the food was disliked by all veg and non veg team members..the buffet spread was not upto mark as per 5star standards
