Food was good, no doubt, and even the staff were courteous and helpful. However, the place is positioned as a café, and generally cafés are spaces where people come to sit, work, read, or spend some time while ordering food or beverages. It was surprising to learn that post 4 PM laptops or work are not allowed. If such a policy exists, it would be helpful if it is clearly communicated beforehand. Being called a café but not allowing people to work after a certain time feels a bit restrictive and not something most people would typically expect from a café.

December place mostly went for the cycle segement but while the staff is sweet they were clueless about where the cycle path was, and when I asked for Avocado toastie said the avocado was not ready, after cycling when I sat up I saw someone get a guacamole toast, maybe I showed up at 8 and your place is still opening and the orange cardamom latte was also not available. I would consider as a place if you have a special and to keep basics ready. Coffee shakaerato was also okay. Hope you guys improve on the basics. Tc

Dissapointing experience. Being an avid cold coffee lover and one who enjoys exploring new places, i visited toise today. Found out their cold coffee is not blended but like a watery iced latte. To the owner - I understand it’s your version of a cold coffee but please believe me that cold coffee anywhere is served blended. It hurts to know you don’t have a blender in your establishment. I request you to get one or change the name to iced latte as it’s not a cold coffee Also I enjoy eating fries with ketchup. There’s no ketchup in the cafe. Please do look into this. It’s not a taunt but a basic must. Two simple things not being there ruined what May have been a good experience Thank you and all the best

I had a disappointing experience overall. The male staff were extremely rude and not polite at all, which made the visit uncomfortable. The female staff member, however, was nice. I ordered a dark chocolate mocha, but it wasn’t as expected. When I politely asked for a change, they just added a bit more dark chocolate instead of remaking the drink, and then refused to replace it. That’s a basic level of service I usually see at other cafés. The hospitality was very poor, and because of this, I wouldn’t return despite the coffee.

The staff here is extremely rude and the overall service is truly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, there was a complete lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. The coffee was just average — nothing worth returning for, especially considering the unpleasant experience. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

I odered a berry iced tea. And a bagel guacamole get bagel Berry iced Tea was 3/5 Bagel tasted good but the portion was smaller than the average. It was very disappointing for the price they charged
