Expensive but worth it for the vibe. Great ambience with neon lights, energetic music, and a lively crowd. Party really kicks off after 11 PM — perfect for night owls. It gets crowded quickly with limited seating, so be ready to stand by the bar and enjoy in the atmosphere/music.

2 star only for the music. What we didn’t like : the staff is absolutely rude , arrogant . The prices are over rated , food was very average - we ate Kung pao potato, fish & chicken . Staff at the bar was very rude - at times we could hear the bar tender whisper curse words to the guest when they didn’t buy the expensive beer. So yes - they definitely need to improve a lot on services .

Not sure what the room in Toy Room stands for since there was barely any room to stand or even breathe. It's a really small and claustrophobic place with bad service and overpriced drinks. A lot of the drinks weren't available as well since they ran out of whiskey way before the night ended. Would recommend going here at your lowest to get a feel for how much worse things can get! 😉

The food is super expensive, and it does not make sense.They donot have much option we were there so we had to order something so we ordered chicken dimsum which was for Rs 1900 in which they gave only 4 piece of dimsum.That too without any spoons,side sauce or anything.I am not able to understand how this place is still working.I guess its mainly due to the hype.

Well, Toy Room at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai is a truly unique experience. They've perfected the art of charging sky-high prices for a rock-bottom experience. Who needs a full bar or non-veg food on a Saturday night when you can have a pathetic LIIT and a party that wraps up at 1 a.m.? A truly pathetic and unforgettable night, indeed.

Most overrated club in Mumbai. Super expensive drinks/food, extremely rude staff and pathetic music. DJ jumping from weekends to punjabi and back to 90s songs. Torn out old furniture, limited space, aweful setting, sub-urban crowd. All they want is money money money!! Avoid even free. North worth at all.

Giving one star because there is no option of any further lower rating. The crowd was cheap, there’s no Seprate smoking room and wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting it
