Tribe Bistro & Brew is located off Link Road and it is in the opposite lane of Andheri Infinity mall so easy to locate. The restaurant has multiple seating options. First being the outside seating, then indoor ground floor and 1st floor seating is also available. Loved the bright yet aesthetic setting done as I loved the use of colours and different elements used everywhere. The little coffee bar looks great, the ceiling is nicely decorated and the 1st floor also looked amazing. The menu contains global cuisines and the options available are nice as they have covered Italian, American, European and Korean dishes. They will be expanding their menu soon as they are the experts in ramen hence it will be more interesting. Prices are at par with similar type of brands and the quantity served is satisfactory. Went here on a Sunday lunch and as they are new and settling the kitchen service was little slow but slowly and gradually it will become smooth. The table service was good as the staff were attentive. What We Had - APPETISERS~ Classic Turkish Eggs with Ciabatta Slice - Poached eggs served with smoked chilli oil and garlic chillies based yogurt tasted excellent. Loved the taste of the entire thing as it tasted really good the bread slice was fresh however 2 slices can go nicely as 1 is not enough for the eggs. Grilled Chicken Burger with Potato Wedges - Minced chicken patty batter fried served with cheese, fresh crunchy lettuce and mayo all between nice buns tasted great. Loved the taste of the patty and the fresh lettuce was amazing. MAINS~ Chicken Supreme Ramen - The moment I saw the ramen I knew it would taste wonderful and indeed it was excellent. The chicken sausage, grilled chicken, veggies, noodles, the base spicy broth everything went well with each other and right know they are serving around 7 varieties which they will increase to 30 so definitely a must try here. Chicken a la Kiev - A famous European dish served nicely. Minced chicken roll filled with garlic butter and herbs served along with sautéed veggies and mashed potatoes. Taste wise loved the chicken roulade and the herb butter was tasty, the mashed potatoes were creamy and the sautéed veggies had nice crunch. Overall loved eating this. BEVERAGES~ Pineapple Coconut Margarita. Chocopie Kit Kat Shake. Both the drinks were excellent however the margarita should not be missed. So our meal at Tribe Bistro & Brew was a great food experience as the menu is excellent and the vibe is perfect. Therefore do visit them and for me I would surely visit them again to try their amazing ramens.
