We had pav bhaji, masala pav, dosa, panipuri, sev puri and juice. All were tasty. Ambience is also good.Neat and clean restaurant. Great option for pure vegetarian in bkc and near bandra ternminus.

The system here is simple: order at the counter, then stand there forever because there’s no table service and no token announcements. If you’re patient enough to wait for them to call your number, congratulations — your food has been ready and slowly going cold for the past ten minutes. The staff have clearly decided that customer-facing energy is overrated. They’re far too busy with their own conversations — and occasional disagreements — to be troubled by trivial things like, say, serving people. The one thing that could have redeemed all of this is the food. It did not step up to the occasion. Tasteless, forgettable, and completely uninspired. Udupi 2 Mumbai is quintessentially a food-mall restaurant — the kind you end up at when every other stall has a queue. Not a destination, not even a detour. Just a last resort.

I just had your so-called “benne dosa,” and honestly, it was nothing but a regular uttapam being passed off as something premium. If benne dosa is in demand, that doesn’t give you the right to mislead customers like this. Go out, taste an authentic benne dosa, and understand the difference before putting it on your menu. Fooling customers in the name of benne dosa is completely unacceptable. This is disappointing and feels like a clear rip-off. The original benne dosa there is actually cheaper than your fake version—and that too in a posh area where people happily stand in long queues for the real thing. You should stand in that line yourself one day and try it, just to understand what authentic benne dosa actually tastes like. Do look at the photo of their benne dosa price in menu.

The food quality is pathetic, i puked it all out just within an hour’s time and felt soo uneasy. All signs of food poisoning…seems like pathetic quality oil and other food ingredients. Would never in my life go to any of the Udipi 2 Mumbai restaurants. Worse stomach issues feels like food poisoning.

food was below standard, pricing was high compare to quality of food. No authentic taste in south indian or Punjabi food. very poor service. food was no value for money. Disappointing tasteless food. Think before going, its waste time & money.

Kitchen and order Management is poor due to which food quality gets hampered. Preparation SOPs are not followed consistently, counter management is not disciplined in FIFO.
