Looks like the Union Square restaurant is closed as party/function hall is organized over there, however besides the restaurant another restaurant has started which is "People Republic" for which the menu remains same and ambience looks dull than earlier Union Square. We tried both veg and non-veg food, both were good and tasty without a doubt however the service very very slow for veg dishes. It took 30-40 mins just for 1st veg dish to bring to the table. Food taste: 4/5 Ambience: 3/5 (Union square ambience was way good) Service: 3/5 (Can improve for veg dishes)

we went for family dinner on the basis of review and photos in Zomato but it ultimately turn out to be wrong decision 😞 the food was cold not at all worth the price they charge and the ambience was totally opposite of pictures they have uploaded here on the portal...There was wedding function going on next to hotel which districts all the vibes and the mocktail was just fancy by name not by taste... totally waste of day and excitement😡😞

Hotel name has been changed and the overall seating arrangement is different it was a bit surprised to us but overall food quality was okay okay needs to be improved in all other areas

had booked a table for our anniversary dinner here and on reaching there no table was reserved and the staff was unaware of booking... what's the point of booking in advance when you don't look at it ?? after alot of request they offered us a corner table at the end of restaurant n that too to share with someone else... glad we left this place and we to "Bambai" restaurant downstairs,, atleast that was worth everything... staff of union is very rude they don't care wether the customer stays back or leaves.. very disappointed

Their service is worst. During non peak hours also you need to wait so much. The food quality is not good and the staff is least interested. I ordered a mocktail and after half an hour they mentioned that it was unavailable which is pathetic. I went with my family and it was not a good experience for us. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Please don't think of visiting it at all and save your money.
