An engagement party was hosted at Upper Deck Sky Lounge & Banquet Hall in Nerul, and the experience was very TERRIBLE. The AC did not work throughout the event, which started at 6.30pm, guests were visibly sweating. Service was chaotic and careless. Starters and welcome drinks were not served properly to guests, including the couple themselves. Food was not refilled even after repeated reminders. There was also a power outage with NO BACKUP, leaving guests seated in the dark. The "manager was least bothered" and only responded after family members intervened. Upper Deck Sky Lounge - Not recommended for hosting any events - one of the "WORST" venues of Navi Mumbai.

They didnt have any veg dish when asked whether it would have been soup no soup they gave the reason that the restaurant will be under renovation soon so they have not filled the stock. The reason was highly unacceptable. Also this place feels like pure bar not seems good for a family

We reserved a table for 20 a day prior. Still half of the items, including nachos were unavailable. There is a pricing difference in the menu shown here vs the actual offline menu. Items are overpriced and not worth the ambience, quality or the service.

earlier the food used to be very nice , but now it is below average. They won't give u good tables if u book via zomato/Swiggy. Table was very uncomfortable.
