I had a truly fantastic experience at this cafe! The food was excellent—the pizza, pasta, and sandwich were all delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. Everything tasted fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The cafe has a great atmosphere (or "vibe," if you prefer a more casual term) and is definitely a place I would recommend. Special Compliment for Staff I also want to give a special shout-out to a staff member named Amar. He provided excellent service throughout my visit. He was attentive, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great service like his really adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

The cafe Ambiance is great. This place is more like a friendly place where you can hangout and chill with your friends.The Staff help us and Suggest the Best according to our Taste.. Staff was good and Polite to serve us... Its a pocket friendly place as well and the food is excellent. Over all experience:- Food 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Service 5/5 Value for money 5/5

my friends and I ordered quite a few items from the menu. And would like to give feedback on 2 things. 1. We ordered a Red velvet milkshake which simply has red velvet cake crumbs but tastes like a strawberry milkshake so we thought to try something different but it was just strawberry. 2. As per the photo, the garlic bread given with pasta is so small and thin that no 1 could even share it. If you notice the other pictures in the review, the slice of the garlic bread is much bigger and thicker. This looked like "Aur kitna patla slice kar sakte hain karlo".

See overall we had a good brunch the peri peri fires were very good and we are a regular customer of ujc we had a good time but when we ordered a cheese burst pizza 10inch it was very disappointing it was not like a cheese burst pizza and there was nothing like cheese burst in it. Cheese burst pizza was not worth the money at all would have given the suggestion to the cafe but as there were ppl around so please improve your cheese burst pizza and make it worth the price

Stay Away — This Place is a Total Scam and the Service is Pathetic! If you’re planning a group party here (especially with alcohol), think twice. These scammers will serve you the most expensive drinks without your order just to inflate your bill. When you complain, they shamelessly blame someone from your group instead of fixing it. The staff is absolutely useless — they don’t care about food or service at all. We had to remind them multiple times just to get basic things done. They act like they’re doing you a favor by even showing up at your table. This place is a bloody joke — zero service, zero responsibility, and 100% scam. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to ruin your evening. Would you also like an even more aggressive or shorter punchline version too, depending on how brutal you want to go?

I recently tried the Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl at Urban Juice Cafe, and unfortunately it was disappointing. The texture was not like a smoothie bowl at all — it was more like a slushy with too much ice blended in. It lacked creaminess and thickness, which is what I expect from a proper smoothie bowl. Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be trying it again. I hope the consistency can be improved in the future.

very bad and inexperienced staff, as well as the ambience unhygienic at the ground floor,no proper service and coordination between the staff, no courtesy as well, will never recommend anybody,the pathetic service i got that too in my mom's company was terrible....
