I visited Urban Tadka last Tuesday.The manager, Mr. Sagar, was sitting on the sofa setting in front of our table, passing the time on his mobile phone.We ordered Two Plus One LIT Flavor Fresh Fruit. We ordered lit the water Melon and Mandarin flavor. But we were given the citrus flavor.( mosabi ) When I told the waiter that we wanted mandarin flavor, not citrus Then tell me, waiter, we don't keep citrus fruits.Those people were simply making fools of the customers.But we were mixologists, so we know the flavors very well.Management should give Mr. Sagar some guidance on how to behave with customers, how to keep customers happy, and what are the customer's needs.In short, everyone should be trained.Very Very Very Bad Experience

The service was not good. The waiters were not paying attention in the table. No water was served until it was asked twice. The waters were having a sad face while taking the order… will not visit next time..
